Regarding communication, all essential instructions were provided at check-in, and we remain available to assist you within reasonable hours, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. The contact mentioned was made around 4:00 AM, a time when, understandably, we cannot guarantee an immediate response. Even so, we are always committed to improving our availability and clarity of communication. Regarding the surroundings, being a central location, it is possible to find a diversity of people and activities typical of a large city.
