Our house "House Ran de Mar" is a modern, comfortable and charming house by the sea, located on the shore of Pollensa Bay, in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy its history, Roman ruins, walls, its artisan market, as well as the extensive Mallorcan gastronomy of its bars and restaurants. The house, recently renovated and completely distributed on a single floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning throughout the house and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach.

If you want your holidays to be peaceful and unforgettable, "House Ran de Mar" is your house. Come and relax and enjoy with your friends and family.

"House Ran de Mar" is located in a residential area, away from hotels and crowds of people. Most neighbours are residents of Mallorca who spend their holidays with their family. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with family. And the historic centre of Alcudia is located 2 km away, known for its walls. Muro Beach is 3 km away... You can also visit Formentor Beach with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The city of Alcudia is known for its spectacular wall and a traditional market where you can buy fruits and vegetables.

Great house right at the beach in between Alcudia and Port de Pollenca. Perfect for families with kids and cycling enthusiasts with quick access to the Tramuntana mountains. About 50 minute car drive from the airport. Hope to visit again :)

Stayed for a 5 day cycling holiday with a friend in April. This place is just off the main road between Port de Pollenca and Alcudia, so easy to get to those two towns, and it's about a 10 minute walk to Alcudia old town, which we went to for a couple of evenings and has lots of restaurants and tourist shops. It's in a peaceful location with the main bedroom and lounge overlooking a small beach which is used by kite-surfers and windsurfers, and a small courtyard to the rear which is great for chilling and taking in the view of Port de Pollenca and the northern mountains. The second main bedroom is separated from the main apartment with a small internal courtyard in between which gives extra privacy and was overall a good set up. Plenty of room for bikes and bike boxes, and with all the kinds of things you need for a great cycling holiday - washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, etc.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the villa. We enjoyed the peace and tranquillity and gorgeous views from a very well appointed and equipped home. The linen was fresh and clean, and there was a lot of useful items included to improve our comfort. It is worth noting that the photos on the listing don’t look like the actual beach in front, which is in reality mud and seaweed, meaning it can be a messy walk into the sea. However there is a tap outside the front of the villa’s terrace to wash your feet. The photos give the illusion of a Sandy/Shell like beach, but it is in-fact blurred photos along the beach line so it isn’t very clear. But overall the whole villa was beautiful and our host from the agency was so responsive, polite and accommodating with good correspondence in the week leading up to our visit. Thank you for our stay!

Wir hatten dort eine traumhaft schöne Woche. Alles war im Prinzip wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen bereits beschrieben: die Wohnung ist modern und sauber, der Strand vor der Tür einfach ein Traum. Und die "Algen" stören keines Wegs, es ist halt ein Naturstrand. Der gesamte Service hat auch perfekt geklappt, die Kommunikation mit Monse lief reibungslos und war echt klasse. Ich glaube, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort :-)

Het is een fantastische locatie recht aan het strand. Weliswaar een zwart strand, maar wel een super heldere en schone zee met een hele langzame afloop, dus ideaal met kindjes. Er is allerlei kinderseries aanwezig. Het zou fijn zijn als ze een broodmes aan de keukeninventaris zouden toevoegen.

La casa es tal cual muestran en las fotos. Es una zona muy tranquila. Bellas vistas al mar y con atardeceres muy bonitos. Hay una mesa en con sombrillas en la que perfectamente se puede desayunar y cenar con vistas y el sonido del Mar. La playa tiene muchas algas si entras por la misma salida de la casa, pero si caminas un poco hay buen acceso a la playa con aguas cristalinas. Muy cerca de Alcudia y del puerto de Pollensa donde en ambos hay muy buenos restaurantes y bonitas playas. Buena atención del anfitrión. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias que es muy bueno porque si que hace un poco de calor en verano. Seguro volveremos me encanto el lugar y es excelente para ir con familia.
