The villa was absolutely perfect for us. It is located in a quiet residential area within a few km of Alcudia. The villa was spacious, clean and we all loved the pool. Very good value for seven of us.

Great villa!

Great villa! Quiet location. 13 min walk to bus stop which takes you into Alcudia. Gorgeous beach within walking distance. Owner of the villa very friendly, we had a problem with one of the toilets and this issue was rectified quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a very lovely stay.

Overall we had a very lovely stay. We enjoyed picking the fruits from the trees around the house - we made quince jam and compot and squeezed lemon juice. We played pool every day, enjoyed swimming in the pool and hung out with cute cats from the neighbor. We had a feeling like we are at home. It was quite calm and quiet most of the time but if you really want a complete peace of mind, be aware that the neighbor’s dog is barking constantly which can be a bit distracting. We still warmly recommend this place and are grateful to have stayed here with a family of 6!

the villa was amazing,spotless,with lots of comfort. really close to alcudia and very close to beautiful beaches and tourist destinations. The villa had a good sized pool which was very clean. Would highly recommend staying here

Gorgeous stay in a perfect neighbourhood!

Gorgeous stay in a perfect neighbourhood! The home is ideal for a relaxing vacation. We loved tanning by the swimming pool and passing the evenings playing at the pool table. Only a short drive (or walk!) to beautiful beaches and a market with everything you could need during your stay. Mariana and Marina were incredibly friendly and accommodating - would definitely stay here again!

Great house for families

The house was nice and spacious for a larger family. The kitchen is very well equipped. BBQ area very nice. The pool table in the garden perfect for gathering and playing together. Overall a cozy house. The house could be a bit more clean and also the pool.

Many thanks for being our guests! We´re happy that you enjoyed the stay. The gardener comes every few days to clean the pool, but those days we had always sand from Africa, so it´s a bit difficult. But it´s a pity that you didn´t advise us, so he comes again. And thanks for the tipp of the cleaning, we´ll take care of that.

We had a fantastic and very relaxing stay!

We had a fantastic and very relaxing stay! The pool was a hit with the kids! The place was as described. We had a slight issue with a shower on the final full day and messaged the host who sorted and repaired within a couple of hours. The location is quiet and close enough to shops and restaurants to dine out but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. It is in a hilly area, so walking to restaurants wasn’t an option for us - but this didn’t matter. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely outdoor area. However, pool is a little deep for youngsters to play in. Kitchen well equipped but a little dark and would benefit from aircon. All bedrooms with aircon and a good size. Covered car park area accessed at the rear of the villa which we only discovered on arrival. Overall we had a great holiday at this property.

The Villa was generally superb

The Villa was generally superb, The pool was lovely and we especially liked that astro turf widely used in the garden. The kitchen was large but poorly lit in places, especially nice was the relaxing area off the kitchen and large dining table. Outside we also loved that large dining table easily big enough for the 7 of us. Parking outside was easy. The villa was a little tired in places with some mould in the shower room, this was reported to Marina and she undertook to arrange with the owner to get them fixed. I don't think there should put you off but maybe this villa is not for those who want everything absolutely perfect. Noteable was the surrounding area with lots of posh villas. It was quiet also. A great place for a large multi generation family. It was great fun. Marina was especially helpful.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Leider haben sich die Bewertungen hier bestätigt und die Spülmaschine hat nicht wirklich gut gereinigt. Wir musste daher alles immer nochmal nachreinigen … das wünscht man sich im Urlaub anders. Gerade bei 8 Personen. Zudem hat das Haus insgesamt sehr muffig gerochen. Hier haben wir mit einem Duftspray nachgeholfen. Alles im allem war es aber okay gerade für den Preis. Wir haben uns im Außenbereich jedoch am wohlsten gefühlt.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältniss. Die Lage war sehr gut, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind uns noch aufgefallen. Die Kissen sind sehr hart und eine Spülmaschine gibt es zwar aber diese ist nicht sehr gut. Ansonsten war alles so wie beschrieben.

We just had a wonderful week here

We just had a wonderful week here. Family of 5, a 4yr old and 2 teenagers. This villa was perfect. The gate on the pool was why we picked it. The veranda, garden and pool are gorgeous. Inside was great for the family, spacious bedrooms, 2 good bathrooms and very well equipped kitchen. We had no issues and really enjoyed our stay. The location is a lovely peaceful area, short walk (10 min) to local restaurants...buggy a must for toddler.. a few hills! Short drive to everything else...supermarket..beach beach..Alcudia. Agree with other reviews a car a must. Would highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Der Check in und die Kommunikation mit Marina hat super funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet in Alcudia. Mit dem Auto ist man in 8 Minuten in der Altstadt/Hafen. Dort gibt es unzählige Restaurants, in denen man sehr gut essen kann oder Supermärkte zum einkaufen. Die Finka ist groß und bietet Platz für zwei Familien. Als wir ankamen, war alles sauber und frisch gereinigt, dafür eine 10/10.Die Obstbäume im sind echt super.Aber das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne schimmelt am Rand, der Stöpsel ist defekt, dass Wasser bleibt nicht drin.Das Geschirr ist alt und müsste gewechselt werden. Genau wie die Kaffeemaschine, wenn man Wasser für 6 Tassen einfüllt, kommen nur 4 in der Kanne an.Die Auflagen für die Außenmöbel und Pool-Liegen, sind gammlig und fleckig. Diese müssen zwingend ausgewechselt werden.Außerdem ist die Außendusche defekt.Im Pool blättert etwas die Farbe ab, was nicht sonderlich stört.Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt, wo aber die von mir genannten Punkte definitiv erneuert werden müssen.Wir haben in den Herbstferien für 8 Nächte am ende mit Strom 1600 Euro bezahlt. Das ist auch unter den oben genannten Kritik- Punkten noch ok.Im Sommer kostet das ganze für den selben Zeitraum aber 3600 Euro und das ist es, so ehrlich muss man sein, nicht wert. Für den Preis muss man erwarten, dass die von mir genannten Punkte ausgeräumt werden.Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße!
