It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double and a bunk, together sleeping up to four people and served by a family shower room. Downstairs, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a living/dining room. 4 Lake Street is perfect for the long-awaited holiday to Devon.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, Delonghi Ground Coffee Machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and Amazon fire stick, DAB radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One medium or two small well behaved dogs accepted. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles.
