Very impressed with the inside of the chalet. Amazingly clean, nice comfy beds and some lovely little touches left by the host. Thank you for a lovely stay. Only downside is that there are no lights outside and can not see at night time. Someone was also using our car parking space so we had to use someone else’s.

Everything was lovely and clean and lots of extra amenities that we didn’t expect. Eg. Tea, biscuit, salt. The only we did have was we couldn’t connect to the Netflix but didn’t affect the stay at all

Absolute gold accommodation

First class accommodation. All essentials eg;tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, s & p, vinegar, olive oil.. Tastefully decorated. Beds extremely comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location for Dartmouth music festival. We will definitely book again.Thank you A J

Pleasant stay

Arrived at the accommodation with clear instructions from AJ the host. Parking was accessible and plentiful. Check in was easy with the key left in a lockbox. Chalet was very clean and well furnished with all the kitchen amenities that we needed. We did cook on a couple of occasions and it helped to have everything we needed there, the host even left some essentials such as cooking oil milk etc. which was much appreciated. Location was great, Dartmouth harbour was stunning when the sun came out, a very beautiful little seaside town. We also visited Plymouth which was within an hour's drive. Overall we had an amazing short stay and fully deserved of the top rating. Thank you very much to the host.

Lovely chalet - very clean and had everything we needed for our trip to the music festival - will try and get it next year too. Communication with the owner was very good and we even had a welcome package - many thanks x

Dartmouth never dissapoints

Weve just had a remarkable stay in Dartmouth made perfect by the accommodation we booked the chalet had everythig you. needed comfortable beds all utensils to make a meal we were very comfortable and it was lovely to come back to at night It was very peaceful and there was quite a few of us but we werent disturbed once Would we book again definitely. Best self catering property I've stayed in

The decor was immaculate of course, but the extra quality for us was in the provision of supplies. The owner had thought of all the little things you always forget when going on a self catering holiday, like salt and pepper. Towels were provided too. We actually brought everything we needed as we're used to self catering but was really really impressed with this, it's probably the best quality self catering accommodation we've ever stayed in. The park doesn't look much, but it's a very quiet and peaceful place. As a terraced chalet we thought we might be able to hear the neighbours but we couldn't at all, and there were definitely people staying next door. There was barely even the sound of children playing. It's only for those who like it quiet though... there's literally nothing going on here and you need to drive to access any entertainment. Parking is a breeze which is something I suspect you can't say for a lot of Dartmouth's holiday accommodation. Dartmouth is great, beautiful place with loads to do, but parking during the day can be an issue, even at the park and ride on busy days so you might need to get in early. Overall very happy. If we come to this part of the country again we will definitely stay here again.

Weekend escape

We needed somewhere to stay for the weekend whilst in Dartmouth for the Head of the Dart Paddleboard race. This property was perfect. Great location for both Dartmouth and Totnes. AJ was a great host provided all the necessary information and has done a great job with the property. Was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great holiday home.

Lovely property to stay in. Just like a home from home with everything you could need. The kitchen is highly kitted out so we wanted for nothing. Great space for us as a family of 4 and lovely quiet location not far from the town. Would highly recommend and we would stay there again. Thank you AJ.

A wonderful bolthole

Such a lovely place to base yourself and see Dartmouth and all the stunning area. It is beautifully decorated and sets you at ease. There were lots of lovely welcoming touches from the fresh flowers to the biscuits. You can catch the bus to either Totnes or Dartmouth from outside the gate so you can leave your car at home and simply admire the scenery.
