Brilliant Location

We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage and go and explore the town. Debbie then came and met us, she was so helpful and informative. The villa was perfectly clean and the little welcome pack was great. Everything within the villa was great, from the living/kitchen area to the roof terrace. We would have breakfast by the pool and then go and explore the local area. We had day trips to La Manga and Santiago de la Ribera both are very much visiting. we would spend early evening on the roof terrace getting the sunset and then head out for dinner. The town has every kind of food available. We had an issue with the air con in one of the bedroooms not working properly and Debbie got it fixed the next day which was amazing. We cannot praise the service from Debbie enough and if we come back to Los Alcazares, we will definitely look to stay here again, 10 out of 10 !!!

The property was excellent and very well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. A couple of improvements would be:- Handrails on the steps outside as slippery when wet. The handrail on the inside steps is short at the top. Due to the tight space around the pool some sort of barrier would feel safer.

Beautiful Villa

The villa has sun, shade and it’s own pool making it perfect for anytime of the day. Location is just right, walking distance for the beach and restaurants but far enough out to make it very quiet too. The inside of the villa is very modern and bright and the welcome pack on arrival was very much appreciated as we arrived late on a Saturday. The only thing I would have liked would be a mirror in one of the bedrooms to allow the hairdryer and straighteners to be used in the cool of aircon rather than the rather warm bathroom. That withstanding we had a lovely holiday and would happily deal with Craig and Debbie again!

Property was lovely modern and easy walking distance to everywhere. Couple concerns , no hand rail to get in/out of the plunge pool which was a bit dangerous. Wouldn't be good for children as no rail /protection round pool. Also could do with a hand rail at the top of the stairs inside lounge just for safety, especially as they are tiled stairs like marble effect. But our stay was good and a lovely Villa.

Fantastic holiday

We loved our stay here, it had everything we needed, great location to walk to shops, beach & restaurants, quiet and peaceful also, would definitely return as it was a thoroughly relaxing holiday.

Nice stay but .........

Its a nice property for a holiday home but cleaning prior to arrival has to be desired. Both Showers had hair blocking the drainage and downstairs showerfloor was dirty. Loose toilet seat ( Fixed ) ... BBQ not cleaned from previous users .... Pool man covered Patio in fruit residue from trees and left us to clean up .... Pool filter had cigareete butts inside ....... 1st floor bedroom had Duvet cover on the bed but the Duvet stuffed into cupboard .... This was mentioned to the person who collected the keys on check out .
