Renovated apartment 50 meters from Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.

Cozy and very bright 60 m² accommodation, with views of the sea, the beach and the city.



It has an elevator, iron, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 1 Smart TV. Private paid parking nearby (200 meters away) with an approximate price of €20/Day. It is hired in the same parking upon arrival. External service unrelated to our company.

The ceramic American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Coblanca 7, apartment 113 Good place to stay for a self catering holiday in Benidorm

The apartment was clean and modern and had pretty much most things you would need for a self catering holiday. Very close to the beach and supermarket and the nightlife. Did not have a hairdryer

Great apartment with amazing view and easy access to everywhere.

Location to the beach and rental office were perfect. The fold out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and wouldn’t recommend using it.

A excellent place to stay

The apartments very close to the beach and also walking distance to the nightlife shows in a good location for us also it wasn't right on top of the nightlife only about four minute walk so we never got out of the noise There was only one thing I wasn't too keen when we had the windows open in the apartment we didn't realize it letting a load of skin bites

Location and spacious Didn't know how heating worked even had engineer out didn't sort. Then we sorted it ourselves we were freezing for first few days 😭

As for the heating, our maintenance service could verify during your stay, that it worked correctly, but it has a timer to make it more sustainable. LOCATION WAS GOOD , AIR CON GOOD , NOT HAVING OUR KEYS WHEN ARRIVING FROM LATE FLIGHT , HAVING TO CHECK IN AT A SCREEN AT BOOKING. COM PLACE NEARBY BUT COME TO PAY FOR OUR DEPOSIT WITH MY PAYMENT CARD IT DID NOT WORK , THEREFORE HAVING TO STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL FOR THE NIGHT COSTING A FURTHER 80 EUROS , ALSO BY THE TIME WE GOT INTO THE APARTMENT IT LOOKED LIKE A BUILDING SITE , HAD TO REPORT IT AGAIN TO BOOKING.COM , TABLE WAS BROKEN , THE SETTEE WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE BROKEN IN PLACES , THE CHAIRS UNCOMFORTABLE NOT FOR A LIVING ROOM AREA , COULD HAVE BETTER SEATING .

Hi Susan, you went to a hotel because you didn't notify us on the emergency telephone number provided when you made the reservation. It is also sent to you again with the check-in instructions and is posted at the door of the office in case you have any problems. If you had contacted us, we would open the check-in manually outside office hours. As for the works of the building, it is painting on the façade, which does not make noiseraise dust, so it does not bother since there are no scaffolding either because they carry out the work vertically hanging from the roof. We report your complaint about the chairs and the sofa to the property so that it can be assessed. Thank you for staying with us and we are very sorry that you did not understand the check-in process correctly. All the best

Lovely stay. Location is perfect. It was quiet for us but this was a winter stay. Sun all day in the lounge with a wonderful view. Beds, pillows, and bedding very comfortable and of high quality. Spotlessly clean. No issues with Internet as others have said. Little starter pack in kitchen of washing up liquid and sponge to last a few days I would definitely return Not complaints, but just a heads up to others. There's no teatowels to dry dishes in the kitchen. No hairdryer, which I found weird with there being an iron. Sofa bed and chairs in lounge area are not the most comfortable and could do with replacing especially for longer stays

Tiene muy buena ubicación, las camas son comodas, la cocina está bien equipada, el sofá cama es muy fácil de abrir, el cuarto de baño está bien, tiene buena wifi , la televisión es grande y además incluye Netflix, lo recomiendo, me gustó. La entrada al apartamento es algo tardia

Great modern apartment in Benidorm.

This apartment is in a superb location, it’s 50m from the beach, 30m from a supermarket with other amenities right outside, less than 5 minute walk from Lil Bob’s Beach Bar/ cafe for a great breakfast, 5 minute walk to the strip and 20-25 minutes walk from the old town. The apartment itself is on the 11th floor but it’s serviced by 2 lifts. It’s spacious, clean, very decent shower and we’ll equipped kitchen. The WiFi was good and has Netflix. There is no car parking provided with this apartment but there’s some on street parking about 5 minutes away, use the bays with broken white markings. The deposit was held on my credit card and returned before I’d reached the airport.
