Hello Christian, in the same residential building there are many vacation rentals, but daily cleaning is not done, but on departure as it is exposed in any advertisement. We believe that you have confused yourself with an aparthotel, since the concierge called us because you had asked several cleaning girls from other apartments when they were going to clean. We are sorry that you did not understand it correctly. Thank you very much for your stay with us and for your review.

Thank you so much for your feedback Michelle, we are glad your overall experience was great, anyway we will consider everything you mention, it helps us to improve everything. Kind regards
