Amazing SMART House in Coronado Beach - Private Pool & Jacuzzi

Cozy beach house with a beautiful PRIVATE illuminated Pool , non-heated Jacuzzi & Waterfall. Near Coronado's main road and just 3/4 miles away from the beach. The house has 2 rooms with a/c, and a comfortable living room with a/c, Smart TV with Cable TV and fully equipped kitchen . Big Terrace w/ceiling fans. One room has a full bed and the other room has one full bed, two twins beds and a fouton. Also in the living room there is a fouton. Up to 8 people can sleep in the house. You also can enjoy a high speed WIFI and use Amazon ALEXA to control some lights, a/c, the pool, the TV and Netflix or Spotify just using your VOICE.

The house is located in CORONADO BEACH, 55 minutes away from Panama City (Central America) on a well-lit, illuminated and quiet street off Coronado's main road. Coronado is a closed beach complex in the Pacific Ocean, with a security point for your safe. Also the house has exterior security cameras for your safety. There are no cameras installed inside the house.
You are near Coronado's main attractions, like shops, restaurants and 24 hours supermarkets without driving too much. This is a family beach house, so it has a really "homy" feel to it and you will definitely notice it!
YOU WILL HAVE A PRIVATE POOL AND A TERRACE FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE.
So take in consideration that in “other properties” such as buildings or beach complexes, they limit the number of visitors, operation hours or can not play music at the pool, among other activities that they restrict, such as barbecue.
In this house you do not have to share the pool with strangers or ask permission to receive visitors or refrain from listening your music or refrain from making your own BBQ. You are free to do all the above if you rent with us. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR PRIVACY AND SECURITY.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. The maximum capacity of the house are 8 persons, please choose another property if you are more than 8.
2. I do not communicate outside the platform, also VRBO blocks telephone numbers.
3. No Pets, No Parties, No loud music
4. The minimum stay is 2 nights on regular dates.
5. The house is NEBULIZED by fifth generation quaternary ammonium, that is, it is SANITIZED with each use for your safety

The property is a duplex, you are going to occupy one of the houses, but nobody will be there during you stay, you will have EXCLUSIVE access to the private pool, non-heated jacuzzi, terrace, garden/patio , and secured inside parking for up to 3 cars. Extra parking spots are available outside the house in the street.
The house inside measures 970sq ft (90sq m), has a roofed terrace of 540sq ft (50sq m), and has a garden of 5,380sq ft (500sq m). BBQ & pool chairs are available. La casa mide 90mts2 adentro, la terraza techada mide 50mts2, el patio mide 500mts2.
The living room has two Recliner Chairs, a full size Sofa bed, Inverter A/C, 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Fire TV Cube (Alexa), Sound Bar and 3D Bluray player.
