Gite one is an end of terrace gite, one of four attractive stone gites formed from a former barn. Located in a peaceful rural area, surrounded by ancient woodland and farmland. There are many walks and bike rides from the house.

Au Pré Vert has many facilities and activities on-site, all included in the price, to keep people of all ages entertained. There are also lakes and rivers with beaches within a 10 minute drive of the Au Pré Vert offering further options for water fun without any expense. Immerse yourself in the French culture visiting beautiful towns and villages, and exploring the traditional French markets.

Ideally situated for the best attractions of the Dordogne and the Lot regions. There is a popular Pizzeria within the village, less than 10minutes walk from the gites.
Au Pré Vert is 3km from two charming local restaurants, a mini supermarket and a great local Boulangerie. There is a good range of large supermarkets 10km away at Gourdon, alternatively there are weekly food markets selling delicious local produce at all the surrounding local towns and villages. The Famous Medieval Town of Sarlat is only 20km away.

Gite 1 is well equipped with a dishwasher, 2 fridges, a separate freezer, full size oven, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker, including all you need for a successful self-catering holiday. The open plan living room has dining and sitting room furniture with two double doors opening out onto the private garden area.
There is a downstairs shower room, with a sink and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a separate toilet with a mirror and sink.

Each gite has its personal garden area directly in front of the gite, with 2 sun loungers, outdoor sitting furniture, quality dining furniture, a large parasol and a barbecue. Gite one also has a private vine covered outdoor room with outdoor furniture, to the side of the gite.

There are large grounds, with many on-site activities, including large swimming pool, football pitch, badminton and mini tennis court, pitch and putt, large trampoline, swings, large sandpit, table tennis and a pétanque piste with boules.

There is a large oak framed garden room ideal for relaxing in the shade.
The additional picnic table and secondary barbecue is at the end of the large garden, near the summer house and hammocks.
The table football can be found in the cabin.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine for guests, irons and ironing boards.
We have many dvd's, books, games and toys available, including many board games, card games, Lego, Brio and Playmobil.
An indoor gym/weights room is available for guests to use, opposite the gites.
The large grounds have an open outlook, with peaceful areas for relaxing, including hammocks suspended from oak trees in a secluded corner. Adults and children can have many hours of fun and relaxation with the numerous on-site activities. The necessary sports equipment is provided for everyone to enjoy the on-site activities.
Au Pré Vert is the perfect place for your family holiday, having the ideal mix of personal space, and communal areas.
In total a maximum of 17 guests will be staying at any one time, so there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.
