The ground floor also features a fully equipped open kitchen with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This level is served by 2 shower rooms, each with a WC. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and is entirely independent, as there is no internal connecting door between the 2 levels.
