Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Well behaved trained dogs only (two max). There are PET FEES, please add when you book. Provide the details of your dog(s) upon booking for approval.
Complete house rules and instructions are provided prior to check in.
Jacuzzi Spa Heat Fees-3 days free, then $15 per use. Pool Heat Fee-$35 per day. Fees are negotiable based on stay, please send me an inquiry.

Relaxing Luxury Retreat

Great quiet home in North Scottsdale

My husband and I stayed at the house with our friends and we enjoyed it very much. It was quiet and clean and we had plenty of space. We could have used more towels and better kitchen utensils but overall great location.

Lovely property in quiet location

My wife and I stayed in this property for 2 weeks. It is a lovely property in a quiet location, but within easy reach of shops. The property itself was well maintained and comfortable. Some superb hikes within just a few minutes drive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic vacation

This home has everything! Kids were thrilled with the pool. The house was super clean and beautiful esthetic. Loved how well stocked the pantry was with staples, spices and condiments in the fridge. This made our stay a breeze.

Wonderful house

The house was beautiful. We had a few very minor issues that were resolved by Tina, the owner. The outside area was amazing. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were the best of any place we stayed at. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in the Carefree area

We had a fun stay in Scottsdale!

We had such a great time at this property! There is a family of quail that frequent the yard. They are fun to watch while relaxing in the pool. We also had a bunny and an owl visit us while we were there. The home is close to fun shops and restaurants and bars. The host was friendly and responsive. The home is beautifully furnished with high end finishes.

Relaxation and Beauty in a great home

Very well maintained and comfortable property. This space could easily accommodate more people than our small group but we really enjoyed the peaceful setting. We spent most of our time hiking and exploring the surrounding area, but enjoyed returning to a quiet and peaceful location. We would all return!

Spacious North Scottsdale home

This is a large welcoming home located near highly rated golf courses in the Sonoran desert. The yard has a large pool and relaxing jacuzzi. BBQ set up par none and colorful sunsets complete your day. The home is spread out to accommodate easy flow within your group and a pool table to test your talents! Plenty of blankets, w/d, and helpful amenities supplied were very thoughtful. Thank you Tina for our enjoyable desert retreat!

Amazing Home

My husband and I decided to spend 5 nights in this home to celebrate our anniversary. We could not have picked a better spot! The home is just as pictured… and pictures don’t do it justice. The sunsets over the mountains were indescribable! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The home is very private, yet close to shopping and great golf courses. The host, Tina, communicated with us very efficiently and we just can’t say enough about our time. We hope to return in the future 💜

Beyond Incredible

Not sure where to start...It truly was beyond incredible. Beautiful home, immaculate, communication with owner was instant.......AND fully stocked....whatever your needs, just keep looking, it's there. There were 6, 75+ gals who have been friends for 50+ years and it was the perfect place to get together and catch up. We've been doing this for over 30 years and aside from a villa with a full staff, this one tops them all!!! Thank you Tina!!!

This is a spacious, clean, well maintained home in a quiet, gated community. The pool and yard are lovely with ample seating and total privacy. The well-stocked kitchen is large and very usable. The only drawbacks are that the wifi is spotty, especially in the master bedroom, and the garbage needs to be put out the morning of pick-up before 6:00 AM (it may be that way everywhere in Scottsdale.)

Such a wonderful property. Everything from the beautiful inside to the pool outside. I took my 3 sisters with me to have a girl's trip. We all enjoyed it so much. The sunsets and sunrise were beautiful. We were there when Phoenix was getting flooded. We had lots of rain but staying inside here was no hardship. lol

This is an amazing home, the pictures really don’t do it justice. It is wonderfully designed with a very classic feel, very high ceilings and beautiful art and decor. The home is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The sunsets are incredible and be sure to look for Harris hawks, Hookbilled thrashers and of course entertaining quail. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off in the Arizona sun and the host was extremely responsive with any questions. Just book this place, you’ll love it and feel like a rock star on vacation!
