Luxury Private Home In Beautiful Desert Mountain ; North Scottsdale

This beautiful home has 1 master bedroom suite and 2 large guest suites with large closets, generously sized bathrooms, and direct access to outdoor patio areas. The property also includes a separate guest house (casita) with a large bathroom, walk-in closet, seating area, and access to a private front patio. There is also a fully functioning office/bedroom combo that has a large desk with two work stations (with monitors and a printer/scanner), a full bathroom, and a tempurpedic memory foam king sized sofa bed. The main house has a large living room, family room with entertainment center, wet bar, powder room, and laundry room. The home has three gas fireplaces for heat and ambiance and also has a large kitchen with an expansive island and breakfast area and dining room all providing a view into the private patio and desert vegetation. The back patio is completely surrounded with foliage and offers a private and secluded experience that is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, swimming and lounging. The back patio has a salt water pool, gas cooking grill, dining table, gas fire pit, and several seating areas.

The home is fully stocked with everything a tenant could need; fully equipped kitchen, paper products, toiletries, laundry supplies, linens, and towels. Every bedroom, office, and entertainment area have smart televisions with DirectTV, Roku, and DVR capability. The house, casita, and outdoor patios share a Bose surround sound system. The house is also outfitted with a Google mesh network allowing Wi-Fi access from virtually everywhere on the property. This is truly a home away from home.

Some nearby attractions include: Cave Creek, The Boulders, dozens of golf courses, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, dune buggy rentals, the Cave Creek Rodeo, jet skiing and boating at Bartlett Lake, Old Town, Top Shot Golf, Talking Stick Casino, Butterfly World and Odysea Aquarium.

Long term tenants are welcome to contact us and discounted rates may apply. We have had several tenants previously stay for periods ranging from 3 to 9 months.

Previous guests have asked whether arrangements can be made to utilize Desert Mountain Club Facilities to include golf courses, the fitness center, and restaurants on property. Unfortunately, Desert Mountain facilities are for the exclusive use of Desert Mountain members only (we are not Club members ourselves). The Desert Mountain Club may be able to arrange access for you and they can be contacted directly at (480) 595-4000.

If you love the desert…

Spacious home in Desert Mountain

We had a great stay in Jordan's large home - incredibly well stocked with anything you might need. Communication with Jordan was excellent. The home was very clean and comfortable. The only caveat - this is not a great option for families with young children . . . although Jordan was very accommodating (and we rented a crib from an outside vendor), there are many breakables at toddler level. Otherwise a great stay!

This house (location and the house itself) was the PERFECT place for our multi-generational family hang out. The house is made for entertaining and Jordan was such an incredible host. This was a very comfortable fully equipped home with ample space for a group of friends or family participating in a desert experience. The owner had enough dishes and supplies for a party and if you ran out of just about anything, another was in a closet. The owner was amazingly organized and responded to questions immediately. He seemed very concerned that everything was perfect.

Jordon and Nicki both were raised in upstate NY and currently work and reside there. We are both middle aged working class professionals who fell in love with Desert Mountain and the surrounding area and felt this was the place we want to vacation to and potentially retire.

Why they chose this property

This home was exquisitely maintained by the previous owners and clearly had spent a lot of time and money on the upkeep, including several upgrades to the home and property. We felt like it was "home" when we toured the property. We also love the privacy the home offers - the back patio is completely guarded by trees, yet still has a beautiful partial view of the mountains and the stars at night.
