Buena localización cerca de la playa y del centro comercial
La casa está muy bien con piscina y garaje. En general mobiliario y enseres anticuados. Camas y almohadas no muy cómodas pero eso son gustos. Toallas y alfombrilla deberían ser mejor de color claro. Todo muy limpio, eso sí.
La localización excelente (playa maravillosa a 10 min andando), la urbanización muy agradable, el apartamento impecable, limpio y muy bien equipado; muy cómodo al acceder directamente desde el jardín delantero y con la terraza del salón abierta al jardín de la piscina. El trato con el profesional inmobiliario muy correcto, las fotografías reflejan fielmente la realidad. Ideal para familias con o sin niños, para parejas, para vida más activa o sólo de descanso.
