Este condominio de una habitación está en Canyon Mesa Country Club, un lugar popular al que muchos turistas regresan año tras año. La comunidad tiene un hermoso campo de golf de 9 hoyos con un arroyo y sauces llorones. Cuenta con una piscina de agua salada y bañera de hidromasaje. (Cerrado por la Asociación de Propietarios del 1 de octubre al 1 de mayo). La unidad tiene poco menos de 1000 pies cuadrados con patio delantero y trasero. El interior está completamente amueblado, decorado personalmente e incluye una lavadora y secadora, 1. 5 baños y una cama queen size. TV por cable, Smart TV y WiFi incluidos. Fenicios: salgan del calor y visiten las Rocas Rojas. La cocina está totalmente equipada y suministrada.

Cozy condo in great area

The home was cozy and welcoming with lots of added touches, such as coffee and a coffee maker available and set up, throw blankets and patio furniture. The bird feeder at the kitchen window was an added bonus. This was a perfect stay.

Good stay in Sedona

Enjoyed our trip to Sedona. The place was well stocked and we had all that we needed in the kitchen. The family room was comfortable as was the bed. Host was VERY helpful in recommending restaurants and allowed us to check out later as nobody else was checking in that day.

Comfortable & great location!

The owner was very great to work with, just a call away with immediate response. The place was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you may need. Location is a plus just a mini walk to golf or tennis. Would definitely recommend this condo!!! Thanks Aimee

Beautiful location, great property!

If you are looking at a quiet getaway for two in Sedona, book this property now! Aime's home was very clean and well-appointed. We didn't spend much time there, as hiking and eating out were on our to-do list, but it was the perfect size for us. We loved her bird feeders and chairs to sit and relax outside in both the front or back. We went in early October and had access to the pool and spa, which was awesome after hiking! She also provided us with all her local favorites spots, which was very helpful! If we ever go back, we will try to stay here again.

Awesome property

This is the perfect base for exploring Sedona. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need. The owner is communicative and answered all questions promptly. The bed is super comfy. The short distance into downtown Sedona is a beautiful drive past all the most famous of the red rocks. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Sedona! And watching all the little birds eating from the feeders outside the kitchen window was such a nice way to start the day. There's also a nice patio to enjoy a cup of coffee. Thanks Aime for a great stay!

Nice little home away from home

Thoughtful owner. Good communication. She left a bag of ice for us in the freezer, which was very much appreciated. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the Netflix and Prime didn't work. Luckily we weren't in town for TV, so it didn't affect us that much. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it!

I am sorry that my Apple TV was not working while you were here. Apparently the remote needed to be recharged. Working on that now. If that doesn't work I need to buy a new one, it seems. Thank you for alerting me so I can have it working order for the next guest.

Pleasant Gated Community Condo

Pluses: Clean-Quiet-Well stocked-Tasteful decor-Well maintained-Lovely landscaping-View of Sedona buttes- Walk friendly gated community-Covered parking space-Convenient location-Owner is responsive and helpful. Oh, and ‘bird friendly’. The owner has an exceptional setup of feeders just outside the kitchen window. If you enjoy seeing birds ‘up close’ you will be delighted. A bonus for our stay! Negatives: Umm...we had to spend about 20 minutes opening the key ‘lockbox’ to gain access to the unit’s entry key. Maybe WD40 would help? It was frustrating. Disappointment we could not use the fireplace during the cooler weather. Though the above affected the star rating we recommend this rental.

Thank you for your feedback, Mark. I will take these considerations in mind with future guests. It is especially unfortunate about frustration with the lock box and accessing the key. I don't think it needs WD40, it's just old and of poor design. You have to press the number keys very firmly or it doesn't work. I'll give more explicit directions in the future. The weather did turn cool during your stay! My comfort zone with having guests light a fire in the fire place is pretty low. My listing does specifically say that the fire place is not available for use at this time. That's too bad that you missed that bit.

Property nice, owner pushy

Location is okay, but outside of Sedona several miles, so be aware. The owner's process is a little unorganized and she is definitely pushy. If you are looking for a place to de-stress, keep looking unless this is all that is available. Day 1 of my arrival was harassment about the remaining charges-her quote "this needs to happen ASAP, I am not waiting until this evening". She had half already paid and I was staying 3 nights, I thought that was aggressive and not a very welcoming Day 1 as I was in a conference all day with limited connectivity. The next text came about me hurrying to leave by 11 on my check out day (3 days away!) because she has a "quick turn around" on my exit day. Check out is 11, if that's not sufficient, change it! Owner has the same vibe as many Sedona "locals", which isn't as inviting as the scenery and requires customer service training in most cases. The owner detracted from an otherwise nice vacation, keep looking.

This gal did not pay attention to the messages she received prior to her arrival, primarily from VRBO itself, in regards to the second payment. It says specifically, "pay upon arrival." A whole day and night passed without her payment. She had already had one night of her stay without complete payment. What was I to do? She also did not pay attention to the sheet of information about my place that I sent prior to her arrival. There was A LOT of confusion about her finding the correct unit, because she did not read the directions and about connection to the wi-fi. The concern I had about check out time was unfortunate and it was my fault. I did change it. This guest was difficult for me as well. I have had nothing but good reviews prior to this. Keep looking if you want, but first read my other reviews.

Excellent accommodations

Great accommodations in a beautiful neighborhood a lovely 10-15minute drive from all Sedona attractions. Villages at Oak Creek itself has everything you might need for your stay. It is closer to some trailheads and attractions than you might be if you stayed in Sedona proper. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Very easy to communicate with the condo owner. We enjoyed the smaller feel of being in Oak Creek vs Sedona busier section where we stayed prior. Great views from golf community and super local restaurants

Weekend in Sedona

This was exactly what we were looking for as a home base for hiking the trails. Clean and comfortable. Located off the main road but very easy accessible. Aimee was a fabulous host and did a great job communicating. I highly recommend this one!!.

Comfortable and quiet condo in a nice development. Pretty landscaping with a mature and friendly 9-hole golf course adding a green contrast to the red rock beauty of Sedona. Clean, nicely decorated, everything worked. Owner easy to work with. Ideal for a long weekend for a couple.

Quiet Sedona

Lovely location, safe gated community with easy access to many popular sites and restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Aime was easily accessible if we needed help. Easy access to the golf course (reasonable fees).
