Magnificent 10th-Floor Studio with Sea Views
Wonderful studio located on the 10th floor of the well-known Neptuno building, on the seafront in the heart of Marbella, surrounded by all services and amenities you may need. The studio has lateral sea views from its top-floor terrace, from which you may hear the sea.
Accommodation comprises: access via elevator to the 10th floor; entrance with a built-in wardrobe to store your belongings; small bedroom with a double bed and a window; full bathroom with shower over bathtub; spacious living room with flat-screen TV, sofa bed for one person, and access to the wonderful furnished terrace with stunning 180º views over the sea; open-plan kitchen in the living room with everything you will need to cook. The holiday home is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi connection.

🏊♀️ The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.
🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.
🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
🚗 Resident parking area filled on a first-come-first-served basis for which we cannot guarantee availability. If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building, which you may reserve online through an external company (price and availability on their website). This note is merely informative.
