Old Willow Barn is a barn conversion settled on the edge of Kirton, near the Lincolnshire coast. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom, this property can sleep up to four people. There is also a large, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. To the outside is a patio with seating and barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. Old Willow Park is a truly spectacular retreat for families looking to escape everyday life.

Electric range cooker with oven and induction hob, microwave, Coffee Machine Nespresso Vertuo starter pack of pods provided, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Electric car charging port available. Patio with seating and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: Set on a working farm so there may be associated noise. Note: No children under 12. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
