Very bright luxury apartment 48 m2 located 450 meters from the train station center on the third and last floor on the main street of Avignon. Offering a balcony and a view of the city and the Lapidary Museum, the industrial-chic accommodation is a 500-meter walk from the Popes' Palace. Close to public parking, all amenities, bakery, supermarket, and good restaurants. The apartment includes a living room with exposed beams, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower, and a separate bedroom. Flat screen TV, wifi, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. 1 bed 2P 160x200 and a sofa 2P convertible 140x200. Capacity : 1 to 4 persons

This fully air-conditioned apartment with an industrial and refined atmosphere was renovated in May 2021.

Comfortable stay in prime Avignon location

This apartment was stylishly unique and in a great location close to the central train station and a short walk to all the major sites to see in Avignon. One note is that it is stair access only in an older building. Check-in was easy and the apartment was well equipped. The manager has multiple properties in Avignon, so if this one is booked, we recommend looking at the other ones.

No fuimos informados de q no tenía ascensor y era un tercer piso . Tampoco pudimos ver hasta el momento en que entramos en el apartamento en qué condiciones estaba la escalera ( grietas, ladrillos sueltos...) . Tb es cierto q una vez en el apartamento; era una isla de quietud; decoración excelente, limpieza impecable, todo tipo de menaje, situación inmejorable y trato con la propietaria excelente.

Tres bien situé et confortable

L'appartement est tout neuf, tres bien équipé et confortable, tres bien situé. Ideal pour un sejour à deux. Le quartier est tres animé, parfois un peu bruyant la nuit.

Very well situated apartment in Avignon

This is a lovely apartment very well situated to explore Avignon. But there were some problems communicating with the owner as the email link and telephone number from the Vbro site only went to a software company not to the owner. Some other things useful to know. The listing says parking but this is not strictly accurate. The information when sent with the access codes, did say there was parking nearby. While it is indeed close to the apartment, this is a public car park with charges of €26.80 per day. Also, the apartment in on the 3rd floor of the building with 54 steps to gain access. We did contact the owner direct before leaving this posting suggesting that the listing should given the correct contact information, as well as more accurate information about parking and the situation on the 3rd floor. But must stress that none of these were an issue for us and the apartment is lovely. We only offer these suggestions to improve the listing.
