Family apartment T2 - prime location 150 meters from the sea by Urban Hypotenuse

Located 150 meters from Olhos de Água Beach, this apartment with a pool and garage benefits from proximity to everything you could need for a relaxing vacation—exceptional beaches, bars, various restaurants, shops, golf, boat tours, water sports, banks, and supermarkets. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms, along with free Wi-Fi and cable TV (MEO). Guests can prepare their meals in the privacy of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, mixer, blender, toaster, juicer, and, of course, all kitchen utensils. The kitchen also has a table where you can enjoy meals with the family. Enjoy the sea views from the apartment's two balconies, or even from the top floor's shared terrace. Albufeira's old town is 6 km away, while Faro International Airport is 33 km away. We provide airport transfers at any time and from the apartment to the airport (PEUGEOT 5008 SUV - 40 euros). This apartment is the ideal choice for a comfortable family vacation. The Albufeira Municipality charges a tourist tax to travelers, and for stays between April 1st and October 31st (€2 per day up to a maximum of 7 days), the tax is payable at check-in and is not included in the accommodation price booked online.

Perfect property in a wonderful spot, close to everything you might need. Host was exceptional - friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. The pool was slightly smaller than we might have liked and a shame to lose the sun by mid afternoon but the two minute stroll to the beach meant it was no real hardship and forced us to move which was a good thing!!I would highly recommend and would return for sure.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Its in a great location, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.Luis was a wonderful host and very informative. He also provides a transfer service which we used from and to the airport, which made everything stress free.Would highly recommend

Perfect location!

Luis was a wonderful host, always available and answered WhatsApp questions in a timely matter. The location is prime with a quiet street, close to groceries and easy access to two different beaches. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

Great location and a very nice apartment.

The apartment is very well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and, of course, the beach. It's a fairly new apartment, well equiped and comfortable. Would certainly recommend.

Practice for winter

We have been to Olhos D’Agua every year for 31 years so know the village well. Chose this apartment to base ourselves for the winter so tried it out for a couple of weeks. Brilliantly kitted out, good TV and Wi-Fi and handy for everything. Looking forward to our 3 month stay.

Short stay

The apartment was spacious and exceeded expectations based on the pictures on the listing, great value for money. The location was excellent, close to several shops and eateries and easy to get to and from airport as well. The check-in process wasn't as smooth as I would've liked but the host had had some problem with another property this was understandable. this is understandable.

Winter break

We spent a very comfortable 10.5 weeks here over Christmas, until March. Ideally situated, well kitted out for home cooking etc. We had a problem with the boiler which the apartment manager dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were sorry we had to come home. Until next time …..

Nice play to stay in Algarve

Nice, roomy appartment to stay in Algarve. One of the two beaches nearby is nice. Nice location to visit other attractions in Algarve. Nice place Near restaurants, supermarkets. Constant nice breeze, no need for the air conditioning. The indoor parking space was appreciated. Host was reactive to help us find a worker to help us unlock our appartment that we lock ourself by mistake. Some items to wipe the tables, wash the dishes were missing but the owner brought them on the third day. I would recommend this appartment.

Olhos Stay

The property was immaculately clean; we had booked a three week stay. Despite contacting the owner in advance, we had to wait outside for him to arrive. He showed us around the apartment, made repairs to the broken shower then left. On day 2 of our stay we contacted him to let him know that the shutters accessing the balcony had jammed halfway open, he said that he was out of the area and would return the next day to solve the problem - he never showed and we had to put up with it throughout our stay. I contacted him the day before we left to ask how we would return our keys and got no response. Our taxi arrived and I put the keys safely in an external meter cupboard (he had told us that ours was the only set). When we arrived back in England there was a stream of angry and abusive messages (plus two missed voicemails left whilst we were on the plane home) because he couldn't find the keys. I responded telling him exactly where they were whereupon he responded (calmer) informing me that he had found them. We are looking forward to booking an apartment on the same block next year with a different owner.

Ficámos muito satisfeitos com a estadia. A casa é bastante completa, tinha tudo o que precisávamos para uns dias confortáveis em família. O senhor Luis que nos recebeu foi extremamente simpático e atencioso, o que tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Recomendo sem reservas!

un séjour formidable

Pour les enfants c'est formidable, il y a la piscine dans la résidence, piscine très propre et bien entretenue. J'ai moins aimé la plage de Olhos alors nous allions à Praia de Falesia qui n'est qu'à 5 kms de la résidence. L'une des plus belle plage du monde à mon point de vue. Bref, comme toujours quand on revient en Algarve, les vacances sont excellentes.

Excelente apartamento

El apartamento es más amplio que como se ve en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario de menaje en la cocina, estaba súper limpio, la ubicación muy buena para visitar el Algarve.Luis,el anfitrión nos explicó todo muy bien.las camas super cómodas,quizás las almohadas algo altas,pero esto es cuestión de gustos. Hemos tenido una estancia genial.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter l'Algarve et conforme à l'annonce. Il est bien équipé. Seul bémol, nous aurions apprécié un barbecue ou une plancha, mais cela est un détail. Restos et commerces à proximité. Attention, l'eau de mer n'est pas chaude 17/18 degrés.Notre hôte Luis est très arrangeant. Bonne vacances à toux ceux qui passeront par là. Nous reviendrons.

Genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Apartment mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten (zwei Balkons, Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler Tiefgaragenparkplatz). Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Premier séjour à l'Algarve

L'appartement est confortable et spacieux. Les deux balcons sont au top. L'emplacement de parking est un vrai plus pour un séjour. Nous étions proches de la mer et des commerçants. La zone est calme et idéal pour une famille pour bien se reposer. Je recommande cette location!
