Majestic Beachside Villa with Heated Pool and Sea Views

The beautiful Andalusian-style villa has 500m2 and 5 bedrooms, 4 of them are very spacious and have a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The 80m2 Superior room has a mini terrace with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a mini pool with sea views and a shower. Another of the bedroom has access to a large terrace overlooking the sea and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi (for four people) and Turkish bath. The other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and access to the terrace.

The Villa has 5 sunny terraces, 2 of them with sea views, one with a mountain view and the other 2 with views of the tropical garden and fountains.

On the upper level Inside you will find a large luxury dining room with 100 m2, a living room with large luxury furniture, TV, and fireplace. You will also find a large fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.

If you are thinking of work or entertainment, you will find a room that works as a private office with a desk, which also has a large sofa and is equipped with everything you need for a lazy afternoon such as 50 '' plasma TV, Blue-Ray DVD, Play station, Home Cinema, Satellite Channels, and Sky Digital.

In the lower part of the villa, you will find another fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and direct access to the pool, a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, a 6-seater dining room, a modern bathroom with a shower for guests, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool and another room with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The villa also has a laundry area with a dryer and washing machine.

All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning and a private Wi-Fi internet connection.

The beautiful outdoor pool is heated, for which a supplement of 50 euros per day will be charged to access this hot water service in the pool. The pool has a sunbathing area, barbecue, and picnic table, all beautifully surrounded by tropical gardens and tall shrubs that give it a touch of privacy.

The villa has 2 private parking spaces included in the price. It is located right next to the Día supermarket. The closest beach is a 2-minute walk from the villa, so it is not necessary to use the car.

The bus stop is 3 minutes walking. The villa is a 32-minute walk from the center of Arroyo de la Miel and the train station.

We receive our guests personally and we are at your disposal for any questions or information during the stay.

It is necessary to show a valid passport or official identification document to check-in or entry.

In our accommodation, a damage deposit is required which will be requested at the entrance in cash. The deposit will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum period of 6 days.

A supplement will be charged in case of:
- Check-in or Check-out later than 21:00 at an extra cost of 20 Euros.
- Check-in or Check-out later than 24:00 hours (00:00 hours at midnight) at an extra cost of 30 Euros.
