HOUSE 100 M. FROM THE BEACH

Rent, in BATZ SUR MER, 'small City of character' comfortable house (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer) 100 meters from Govelle beach, monitored in July and August.

Large living room with open kitchen. 3 bedrooms with a double bed including 2 bedrooms with bunk beds (cupboards + chest of drawers). SDB, 2 toilets. South-facing terrace, garden, bikes, deckchairs, garden furniture.

10 mins from Pouliguen, 20 mins from La Baule (the most beautiful beach in Europe), 20 mins from Guérande (medieval town with its ramparts), 15 mins from Le Croisic, not forgetting La Brière, a must visit with its thatched roofs. 5 min from the salt marshes.

Cycle track 'velocean', Visit of GUERANDE and its ramparts (medieval city), Visit of the park of the BRIERE in a boat and its thatched roof houses, Pier for the islands of Belle île en mer, HOUAT and HOEDIC from the port de la TURBALLE, walk on the wild coast on foot from the house, visit the CROISIC 'Petites Cités de Caractère', its aquarium, Near LA BAULE, with one of the most beautiful beaches in EUROPE, horse riding (on La Baule beach), Golf, Tennis, Thalassotherapy, Casino, Discotheque.

très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location à la fois confortable et fonctionnelle où rien ne manque, c'est une vraie maison pas une location de vacances, équipées comme il se doit; les vélos disponibles ont été un vrai plus. Nous remercions les propriétaire pour leur accueil sympathique. A recommander mais pas trop si on veut que cela soit disponible pour une future éventuelle réservation...

Nous recommandons vivement cette location sans hésitation. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre et très confortable pour toute une famille. Nous avons aimé sa situation géographique proche de la plage, du sentier côtier qui invite aux balades, et des sites pittoresques environnants. Nous remercions vivement Marie et son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur sympathie et les petites attentions à notre égard qui nous ont touchées et ont contribuées à la réussite de notre séjour.
