The house is on two floors, on the ground floor elegant hall, spacious and sunny living room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedrooms with single beds (0.90x200) and a bathroom and a garage for private use. Up stairs two double bedroom with single beds (0.90x200) and a spacious suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, balcony and en suite bathroom with double bed (180x200) , and another bathroom. Air conditioning in the livingroom and in bedrooms.



Outside open parking, terrace wit a private pool 6.5 x 3.5 m, depth between 1.60 and 1 m, and outdoor shower.



Puerto Alcudia beach is a sand beach and is over 11km long, this beach is particularly recommended to families with children. The sports port remains very nearby with his seafront, maritime cafes, bars, restaurants, shop, ... Pto. de Alcudia offers a lot of sports possibilities at the visitors, biking, golf, tennis, surf, horse riding...

Alcudia town is only 2 kilometres away and is well worth a visit! You can take a walk along the enclosure walls to visit the roman theatre and the roman city of (pollentia) which is just in front of the church. Palma city is only 45 minutes away, you really should plan an excursion to Palma, like go for shopping ,like for his cultural offer, the Cathedral, Castell de Bellver,.....
