Carbis Sands in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an oven/grill, 5 ring gas hob with wok ring, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso Vertuo machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with Smart TV with Sky Q package and Netflix including Sport and Movies, Blu Ray DVD player with selection of DVDs, BOSE Sound Touch system and a PS3 with selection of games. The bedrooms include a king-size with a Smart TV with Sky Q and en-suite shower room, and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) with a Smart TV and DVD player. A cot and highchair are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding. Outside, there is a seaward facing patio with furniture, a rear, enclosed seawrd facing terrace with furniture, a shared, seaward facing garden with furniture and barbecue, and off-road gated parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, a pub and a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Carbis Sands is a family-friendly apartment in Cornwall for a coastal retreat. Note: Check-in at 4.00pm, check-out by 10.00am. Please note: This property has a minimum of 7 nights stay for the month August and September. Any booking against those restrictions can be cancelled.

There is level access from the parking area to the lift, Carbis Sands is down 1 floor. Lift access should not be solely relied upon as if not operational due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the stairs.
