Offering our Resort Vacation cottage for the whole family to enjoy! Located in the heart of Wine Country , From countless vineyards to tour, fruit orchards to enjoy, shopping, restaurants, and best of all the mighty Niagara Falls mere minutes away, Enjoy bike ride while visiting Niagara’s award winning wineries. 10 min from historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls or the Outlet Collection mall. a beautiful 1 acre pool, a salt water pool, multi sports court and outdoor volleyball.

Welcome to our beautiful double wide, one of the largest cottage within the Vine Ridge Resort where you can feel like being at home away from home with all the modern amenities.

Master bedroom with queen size bed with luxury mattress, large closet and dresser and also a smart 32" TV.

Second room with a bunk bed which has a double size bed at the lower level and a single size bed on upper level.

open concept kitchen has all full size appliances including fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker/tea, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and all kitchen essentials.

expandable dining table can accommodate 6 people and bar style kitchen island also has sitting for two.

living areas has a queen size pull out sofa bed and a queen size sleeper couch along with a large sofa chair, a couch with ottoman for indoor relaxation and family time.

Large 65" smart TV with surround sound system in living room for your entertainment.

two patios with patio furniture, have morning breakfast or tea on front patio or enjoy BBQ on our large 6 burner propane grill and outdoor dining set, or relax on loungers on back patio.

Enjoy smore's or drinks on muskoka chairs around firepit in the evening and watch beautiful stars shining in the sky!

if you are planning to work during your vacation, or finish a project we have got you covered with a computer desk and ergonomic chair, rest assure with our private high speed internet and wi-fi for all your work and streaming needs.

we even have some board games and movies for those rainy days!!

Central Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake.

Uncleaned unit and poor response from owner

We showed up in the evening to a unit with a dirty toilet, towels, sinks, stove, dirty linens still on beds etc.. We tried to contact the host to no avail. Since it was late and the only communication we had from him was a PDF emailed a month earlier that detailed unit rules and where cleaning supplies were, we decided to just clean up a bit while we waited for his response. Two hours later I had to ask the resort admin for the owner's number since he still hadn't responded. He answered and said he'd been out of cell range but that he'd since got my message and learned that his cleaning crew missed our unit (she called as well and showed up an hour later to collect the linens since it was night and we'd already cleaned.) I asked him for a refund and specifically brought up the cleaning fee. He apologized and assured us he'd take care of it. He didn't. Two weeks later I reached out again and more pointedly asked for a cleaning fee and partial day refund for the time we spent cleaning his income property, giving him a chance to redeem a miscommunication error, and he said he'd refund the cleaning fee "as discussed and agreed". I asked again for the cleaning fee and partial day refund and have never hear from him since...3 months later. **I would not recommend renting from this owner at this or his other 4 units at Sherkston Shores.** This was our first poor VRBO experience and hopefully last. The resort was great though, especially for kids.

Signage could be lot better. Cottage was good but close for vineyard so could hear air guns go off frequently. Location was great close to shopping or the falls without being in the crowds. Owner was great to answer questions and get back to me promptly.

A quiet resort

It was hot so we like going to the pool. The big one was closed for the season because of lack of life guards. The small one was closed one day due to maintenance. I would not go back unless the pools were open.
