In addition, the villa invites you to enjoy marvelous panoramic views of the bay of Santa Ponsa and its green hills from almost every room and outdoor area. It can be a perfect option to spend some time relaxing and enjoyable vacations in the Mediterranean.

We enter the house through a large door to the main floor of the property that offers a spacious and bright living-dining room with a sitting area with TV and a decorative fireplace and a dining area with a table for 8 people; a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table; a bedroom with two single beds and a decorative fireplace; and a full bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Both from the living room and the kitchen you access the outside area of the house with the pool zone and a large covered porch.

A wide staircase with forged iron railings leads from the entrance hall to the first floor. Here we find the master bedroom with a double bed, a TV, a dressing room, an en suite bathroom with a shower and access to a semi-covered terrace with a breakfast table and panoramic views of the sea; another bedroom with two double beds with access to the same terrace; a bedroom with two single beds; and a bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor covered porch on the ground floor is divided into several areas such as a lounge, a dining zone, and enough space for putting the loungers and rest at the noon hours enjoying the unobstructed views of the sea. The pool area has plenty of space for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, and the minimalist-style garden that surrounds the entire house. In addition, there is a large barbecue where you can prepare delicious grilled food and enjoy lunch and dinner with your family and friends.

Villa Monsita is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay: high-speed WiFi, kitchen equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware, and crockery, etc., bed linens, towels, etc.

Villa Monsita is located 5 minutes by car from the center of Santa Ponsa, with its beautiful sandy beach surrounded by a pine park, ideal for families with children, a long promenade with a variety of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and grocery shops, cocktail bars, and discotheques, etc.
