Apartment 1 161a Northgate Darlington

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, The shower and general state of the plumbing could have been better. While operating, the kitchen tap was loose on its mounting, and the toilet plunger lacked the proper fitting. The shower room sink did not have a plug, and we purchased one to keep water in the sink. The shower drain needed the water trap to be topped up to prevent unpleasant odours. This was compounded by the fact that we were unable to open windows.

I booked the accommodation on Expedia & then the correspondence switched between VRBO & WhatsApp. When I went on to the VRBO site as I hadn’t received the access code to the accommodation until the day on travelling ..It was suggested then to contact via WhatsApp, which U did but they chose not to answer the phone after 9 so I had no access code for the flat & I had to find alternative accommodation at my own expense..
