Cooper Cottage is a lovely barn conversion set on the owners' lively in the hamlet of Potto, 6.5 miles from Stokesley, close to the North York Moors. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Calor gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, under counter fridge and three drawer freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.Wi-fi. Travel cot and highchair on request. Electric log effect fire. Bike storage. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared walled garden with lawn, patio, furniture and BBQ. 8 acres of grounds available to guests. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. The vehicle approach to the property is via a long driveway next to horse paddocks. Guests can bring horses at extra cost by direct prior arrangement with owner. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.25 miles. Note: Electric car charging point available on site at an additional charge (please bring own cable). Contact the owner prior to arrival if you wish to use it.
