VEIG PALACE apartmants are located in the center of Split's Old Town, and near of the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace.There are two identical apartments on two floors equipped with sleeping and dining space. They have a common yard and a garden. Each one is equipped with a bridal bed for 2 persons. If one is booked you can look for another which number is 4731393. Offering a garden and a terrace, Apartments Veig is a self-catering accommodation. Free WiFi access is available throughout. The studio comes with a satellite flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The private bathroom is complete with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Handmade beds from solid oak are 2 meters in length, and are equipped with anti-allergic and anatomic mattresses and pillows. A grocery shop is 50 meters away, while the green and fish market, as well as the nearest supermarket are 50 meters from Veig Palace. The Riva Promenade is 100 meters away from the property, while the most attractive city beach Bačvice is 10 minutes of walking distance.Offering a free bikes,garden and terraces.
Since the apartments are located in a pedestrian zone, we can provide you a parking space, which is an 8-minute walk from the apartments and the price is 15 Euros per day.Reservation is required for parking.

5* all around

This was an absolutely great experience in Split. Communication was great in advance & during our stay, the apartment was as described and in great condition. It is small (as clearly noted) but set-up in a way to maximize space and the upstairs loft bedroom makes it feel way larger. The outdoor patio is great as are the bikes which are included if you wish to ride around. The secure stone wall around the property makes it feel incredibly safe, despite being right in the heart of Old Town. As can be expected in a busy area, it can be noisy at night with revellers heading home, but if you can't take it, you shouldn't be staying in Old Town. Thanks again for a great stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Convenient and quiet

Despite heavy activity in the old town, it was surprisingly quiet in the apartment, perfect location for everything. Frane, the property manager, was a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to be helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Location! Location! Location!

We can't say enough good things about this place. It is right in the heart of the city center. In fact, it is on a street that only allows foot traffic (no cars allowed). There is only room for two people, but the apartment is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful and a great place to spend time, day or night. It would be an understatement to say our host, Frame, went above and beyond. The best of many examples is when he spent several hours finding us a power adapter after the airline lost our luggage, our phones were running out of battery, and it was Sunday and all the stores were closed. For all these reasons and more, we highly recommend staying here.

Location Location Location

Clean, modern, updated property. In heart of split. Easy access (walking distance) to ferry ports, bus station etc…. If you arrive after dark do not waste $ on taxi… easy walk and very safe area ( taxi has to go around as cannot go to pedestrian area and they charge extra). All amenities as described. Caution if steep stairs may be difficult for some.

This location was amazing. It was great for remote work and the property manager Frane superintendent and awesome amount of help every single time I contacted him. Everyone was super attentive to my needs and were very quick to respond. I will be looking for this place when I return to split hopefully in a few years

Pretty much as good as it gets

This property was right in the middle of Split, about 2 blocks from the waterfront. Pretty much perfect. The bikes were decent and very handy. The apt was very small but it is all you need!

Fantastic place..Great host

This is a beautiful updated small studio, centrally located in the Old Town of Split. We tend not to eat in restaurants, and we found it an easy walk to the market and bakeries; but there are plenty of restaurants, too. The kitchen is small but functional. The available mountain bikes were a huge asset and greatly aided us in exploring. We are also VRBO hosts and are very picky. We recommend this place for a couple or single traveler!

The apartment in Split provided a perfect location to explore the city. It had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. And having bikes was an added bonus. Our hosts were great communicators. I couldn’t recommend the apartment more.

Great Apartment in PERFECT location!

Excellent place to stay. The Property Manager was so helpful and nice. Very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even 2 bicycles. Location was close to everything - waterfront, restaurants, shopping, coffee, ferry port, etc. We will definitely stay here again and we’ve already recommended this apartment to our friends.

Outstanding location and clean!

What a perfect location for our visit to Split. And, place was spotless. I loved the loft set up and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was well done — quality wise. We loved the courtyard too. Lastly, the bikes were a great bonus! I highly recommend staying here!

Incredible property to vacation

We were so thrilled to have stayed at Veig Palace, everything from the communication of the owner, cleanliness, amenities and location were unbeatable. We wouldn’t even think of looking anywhere else but Veig Palace on our next visit to Split. They have captured our hearts!

Perfect location, heart of town

We initially had another place booked but the owner canceled at the last minute. We were fortunate to find this place and feel it is better than the one we had initially booked. Had to leave after 5nights as we are hooking up with another couple and needed a place to accommodate the 4 of us. Wish we knew about the second duplicate unit right next to us as we could have stayed and booked the other unit (if it were available). Regardless, loved the unit. Owner was very accommodating to meet us at 2100 due to our late arrival. Cannot go wrong booking here.

This was a darling, modern apartment. We loved the quiet courtyard and enjoyed using the two bicycles available to us to ride up to an overview of the harbor and town. We were met at the apartment for check in and enjoyed the restaurant around the corner and outdoor store just across the street. We loved our stay!

Everything you need and more in this centrally located accommodation. We were warmly greeted by the owner and assistant with a bottle of wine and all the hospitality and information one could ask for. The spacious loft was spotlessly clean with all kitchen facilities and private inner courtyard. Bikes, beach towels and piles of bath towels were such a bonus. Premium beds and air conditioning meant great sleep while dining and site seeing were just outside our courtyard gate. Just minutes from the palace and steps from the main promenade. A hidden gem we wholeheartedly recommend.

Highly recommend!

Great Location! Very helpful and attentive caretaker to meet us and let us in. I had limited wifi on our trip and therefore out of communication quite a bit. When we arrived at the apartment I used the wifi at the pizzeria next door to email the caretaker. She was there in minutes to let us in! She was super friendly and helpful; not put-out like probably had a right to be. Robert
