Cockleshells' is a stylish apartment in an enviable position, just footsteps away from getting your toes in the sands of 'Pirates Cove' with its amazing views across the beautiful Exe Estuary. We are also minutes away from Exmouth's bustling Marina, with its fishing boats and water taxis to Starcross and Dawlish. A few more steps and you are on Exmouths stunning seafront with its 2 miles of glorious sandy beaches. We are also just a short walk away from town centre and the railway/bus stations
The space
The apartment has a bright sunny, south facing lounge, with floor to ceiling patio windows, with stunning views of the Exe estuary, there are 2 double sofa beds, a dinning table with 4 chairs, you will have free wifi, a TV with netflix, an Alexa.
The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, breakfast cearals ect.
The bedroom has a 4' 6in double bed.
The bathroom has an amazing hydro massage shower with a relaxing Jacuzzi Bath.
There is ample storage within the apartment for clothes ect.
The apartment has private off street parking.
