Attico Giafari is a loft spread over 3 levels with a panoramic view over the sea and the city. Located in the centre of the renowned city of Taormina, on the eastern coast of Sicily, just 100 metres from Corso Umberto, the main shopping street, where the best restaurants and important monuments are to be found. The attic, brightly-lit thanks to its large windows, is furnished with style, with features recalling the warm Sicilian and Mediterranean atmosphere. It offers stays of comfort and relaxation with a beautiful view. In addition, the two large equipped panoramic terraces, one with a Jacuzzi tub, allow you to enjoy days and meals in the open air. The place is completed by a small fitness area with equipment to keep you fit while on vacation. From the property you can walk to the famous beaches of Taormina via the cable car which is located a few steps from the house. Attico Giafari is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays without needing to drive a car yet, for those who wish to explore eastern Sicily, the property also provides a reserved parking space about 300 metres from the house.

Interior:
Attico Giafari is spread over 3 levels and is accessed directly from the street via several flights of condominium stairs that lead up to the entrance. The entrance, on the intermediate floor, leads into a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen that has direct access out to the panoramic terrace set up as a dining area and equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. From the living room a corridor leads to two bathrooms with shower and two double bedrooms; at the end of the corridor is a spiral staircase connecting the other two floors. Going up the stairs, you come to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a panoramic terrace furnished with a sofa. Going down the stairs, you come to a fitness area with gym equipment and a small bathroom with shower.

Park:
The property has 2 large panoramic terraces. The main one located on the intermediate floor has direct access from the kitchen and is equipped for dining, or simply just relaxing, whilst enjoying the view and taking advantage of a 6-seat jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The second terrace is located on the top floor and is accessed directly from the double bedroom. It also has a breathtaking view and is organised as a cosy living area.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Pets: Yes, small size. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
