Living area: large outside porch (75 m2) poolside covered with 2 seating areas and enormous dining area. Historic farm house: exquisite renovation, large indoor dining room (50 m2), living room with gas fireplace, music system, original stone walls, ancient stone ceiling vaulted room with flat screen TV, (Spanish channels with HDMI input).

About the owner: We are a family with four adult children living in Switzerland and we love to spend as much time as we can at our home in Mallorca. We are not living there, so a casual rental may be made available from time to time.

If its biking, hiking, beaching, golfing, great restaurants or shopping you're after, it is all nearby. Live-in staff is Spanish speaking with some French and English.
