¡AIRE ACONDICIONADO DAIKIN DISPONIBLE!
En 1980 un joven de Santanyí, con esfuerzo y dedicación, construyó Castell des Paradís. Casi 40 años más tarde, con el apoyo y colaboración de su familia, la casa ha sido completamente renovada. Cada uno de nosotros ha puesto todo su cariño y habilidad para crear este pequeño paraíso, donde podrás relajarte y disfrutar tus merecidas vacaciones.

La casa tiene 7 habitaciones y 7 baños (1 ducha con hidromasaje), 2 salas de estar y 2 cocinas distribuidas en 3 plantas. Hay 3 terrazas, una en la planta superior, otra a nivel de calle y la tercera a nivel de la piscina. Además de una piscina con profundidad estándar, hay una piscina para niños (4.5m x 3m; profundidad: 80-90cm), con una zona de jacuzzi separada (2m x 3m; profundidad: 90cm). Ambas son piscinas de agua salada. El jardín con zona de juegos para niños está ubicado en un nivel inferior, accesible a través de unas escaleras cercanas a la zona de piscina. Esta vivienda de 250 m² cuenta con un terreno total de 3.200 m² aproximadamente.

Portopetro es un pequeño puerto de pescadores en el sureste de Mallorca donde puedes encontrar restaurantes tradicionales. Es el punto de salida de excursiones en barco, que visitan la costa. Un ejemplo es Cala Mondragó y s’Amarador, dos impresionantes playas de mar azul turquesa cerca de la villa.

La casa está a tan solo 10 minutos de la parada de bus. Puedes visitar sitios interés en bus, como Cala d’Or (zona de tiendas, playas y restaurantes, 10 minutos, 4 km), Parque Natural de Mondragó (10 minutos, 3 km), Santanyí (15 minutos, 12 km), Aqualand (parque acuático, 75 minutos, 48 km) y Palma (80 minutos, 59 km).

También destacados: Vall d’Or Golf (11 km), Cala Figuera (16 km), Cuevas del Drach (28 km), Valldemossa (78 km).

¿Cómo llegar desde el aeropuerto?

La forma más cómoda de llegar a la casa es en coche o taxi. El trayecto tiene una duración aproximada de 50 minutos.
Si bien apoyamos el uso del transporte público en la medida de lo posible, remarcamos que la conexión entre el aeropuerto y Portopetro es limitada. Puedes llegar con autobús accediendo a la Estación Intermodal (Centro de Palma) con un bus de la EMT y desde allí puedes coger la línea 501 del TIB (Aeropuerto > Estación Intermodal Palma > Portopetro). We had a wonderful holiday the villa suited all ages from adults to teens to younger ones , the pool area was perfect as was the outside eating area , the location was perfect as it was very quiet but only a ten minute walk to the port or a few miles in the car to Cala d’Or the teenagers often used the bus which was great as the bus stop was on the main road just below the villa

Family birthday get together

Wonderful holiday! Property was in perfect location for family holiday./ birthday celebration. Close to all amenities. Had a large group of fourteen people( adults and children), Property was easily large enough to accommodate us all, both inside and out. Garden/ outdoor area perfect, pool area nice, wonderful views. Our host Pedro was helpful and communication was very good. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful property excellent location

This property was exactly as listed and as the photos showed. Spread over 3 floors with plenty of space it provides everything a large group will need. Close proximity to Portpetro. The property was clean, inside and out and the facilities on site were all you could ask for. If I was being picky, air conditioning would have made this property perfect. We would stay her again without a doubt

Josefina, we are very sorry that you had a bad experience in our property. Although we discussed at length over the phone and via Vrbo messaging the specifics that made you uncomfortable you decided to leave us a fake negative review implying that we are scammers. Only for this reason, we will provide some additional context: Our property has a non-refundable policy that applies immediately. You booked the property for mid-August in early March 2024. The listing clearly specified that there was not A/C at the property when you booked. In early July we updated the listing for next year and added "AIR CONDITIONING FROM 2025" to the top of the description. We notified all guests with existing reservations about the change and we are letting cancel new 2024 bookings if A/C is a red line. When you arrived to the property it was a hot week of August and you asked for A/C. We provided you with fans, as we always do, and explained again what the A/C status was. You refused to accept the reality and falsely claimed that you had verified that our property was being advertised with A/C during the refundable period. There has not been any refundable period since 2023. There was no mention of A/C at all until 4 months after you booked. You decided to leave the property after staying for 2 nights and requested the booking to be fully refunded. Although we had no obligation to offer you any refund whatsoever, we decided to give you a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. We are a family business and we try to keep all our guests happy during their stay in Mallorca. Unfortunately, we do not always get it right and we apologise for it. It is a pity that besides everything we tried you still decided to leave us a fake negative review. We sincerely hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday in Mallorca.

lovely villa with great pools

The villa was excellent with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Well laid out with twin bedded rooms close to a double room very suitable for families with small children. The pools and outside space were great it meant that you did not have to take the children out all the time for them to have fun, gave adults a rest as well. The villa is a10 minute walk from the centre of Porto petro where there are 8-9 excellent restuarents. it is also only about 15 minutes walk from several lovely beaches that were quiet when we were there. we used the bus several times to get further afield. the bus stop is only 5 minutes from the villa.

Great accommodation

As a large family group covering three generations with ages from 3 yrs old to 70 yrs old, this accommodation was just perfect. Something for everyone. Plenty of seating outdoors for al fresco dining and loads of things to keep the kids occupied including the pool, playground area and relaxing areas. The property was well set up so everyone had their own space if they needed it. It’s only a 10/15 minute walk to Porto Petra which has a lovely selection of restaurants. We hired cars but I think you could get around quite easily by bus or taxis. A taxi to Cala D’or (which is a busier town with shops, a lovely marina and gorgeous beaches) literally cost under 7 Euros so if you want to dine out and have a few drinks it’s cheap enough to get home. I would definitely recommend this villa for a large group of family members of all ages and I will definitely think about staying here again Simply lovely

A castle fit for large family holiday of all ages

The house is well located - 15 min walk to nearby town Portopetro. We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the pools, the terrace and the BBQ. We have young children from age 2 to 13, the various play equipment and the two pool sizes make it easy for the parents. Worth mentioning the house has a view of a main road which can be a bit noisy. The weather was very hot during the week we were staying, fans were supplied but it was difficult to cool down a couple of rooms with small windows. Communication with the owner was speedy and very helpful before our arrival and during our stay. They rectified a couple of small issies straight away during our visit. We had a great time hanging out and spending time as a family in Majorca and got to explore some beautiful beaches nearby. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful, spacious house in a great location

Finding a reasonably priced property that will accommodate 14 people between the ages of 3-60+ is quite tricky but this property gave us all we needed and more. Handily located on the edge of Porto Petro (about 10 minutes walking gets you to some lovely seafront restaurants) and very well equipped, we had a super week. Everyone loved the two salt water pools and the outdoor eating area. We made good use of the barbecue. Having 2 large fridges meant that food could be kept in one and refreshing drinks in the other and we were also grateful to have 2 dishwashers. All of the adult bedrooms were very comfortable and all were ensuite. The owner had originally intended to install aircon for 2024 but this has been delayed, so it was pretty hot overnight. However, we were very grateful for his prompt provision of extra fans. The local area is pretty with lots to do for kids (boat trips, paddle-boarding, beaches) and Palma is only around 50 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Et il faut attendre deux jours pour la réparer.Sous prétexte d' "odeurs", l'hôte nous vole de 100 euros; et a le culot de motiver son vol.Jamais vécu cela lors des locations précédentes avec la famille!

We are sorry to hear that your experience became worse after you left, while you had let us know that you had enjoyed your stay until the very last day. Mallorca is humid, the property is near the sea and you stayed in late October. It is quite common during this time of the year, as it starts getting cold, especially if the heating is used and the windows are not regularly open every single day to provide ventilation, for some walls to develop damp. This is treated regularly, as part of our property maintenance schedule. Materials are not poor, although the toilet in the upstairs room has a dated pull cord that we are intending to upgrade. During your stay you reported an issue with this pull cord on a morning and we came over to inspect it on the same day in the afternoon, and we came back again on the following day to repair it for good. We are sorry about the inconvenience, although we understand that there were not issues with any of the other 6 toilets in the property. We are afraid that you were not stolen 100 euros under the pretext of "odours". The day before your arrival you were provided with detailed instructions about the compulsory household waste recycling process with door-to-door collection service that is run by the council, as well as instructions on how to check in and check out. In these instructions it was clearly explained that if guests fail to dispose of the waste as per the council schedule (also available in posters clearly visible in the kitchen), we would be required to drive to an emergency recycling point (which is 5 km away) and dispose of the waste there. These instructions warned about the potential of penalties and fines if these instructions were blatantly ignored. Unfortunately, you decided to leave 10 bags of mixed waste in the property informing us about it after you had already left the property. This required us to put extra time and effort to clean the property and to drive to the emergency collection point to dispose of the waste and for this damage you were subtracted a proportional amount from your deposit. We wish you and your family the best for the future.

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für eine größere Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie geeignet. Durch die drei Etagen mit verschiedenen Schlafräumen und jeweils Duschbädern hat jede*r Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Aber auch gemeinsame Mahlzeiten, Grill- oder Spielabende sind durch die großezügigen Tische/ Sitzgelegenheiten möglich. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider kam es dazu nicht. positiv: Pool, Lage, Grillplatz, Grundstück mit Spielplatz etc. negativ: tägliches Vorkommen von Kakerlaken auf Terrassen und im Innenbreich, Aussentüren (Vollglas) zur Terrasse und zum Poolbereich ohne jegliche Beschattung ermöglichen direkte Sonneneinstrahlung wodurch sich die betreffenden Innenräume unerträglich aufheizen,( keine Klimaanlage in den Räumen,) zweimaliger kurzzeitiger Strom- und Wasserausfall, Das gesamte Gebäude unterliegt der direkten Sonneneinstrahlung, da eine natürliche Beschattung durch Bäume nicht gegeben ist. Überhaupt ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen und etwas spartanisch, vor allem in der Küche, (verkalkte Kaffeemaschine, geeignete Kochtöpfe fehlen ) ausgestattet. Die aufgeführten Mängel und Beeinträchtigungen, vor allem aber das tägliche Vorkommen von Kakerlaken veranlassen uns, dieses Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wie wir bereits besprochen haben, haben wir Maßnahmen ergriffen, um all diese Probleme vollständig zu lösen, und wir schätzen Ihr sehr wertvolles Feedback aufrichtig. Das Anwesen wurde 2018 vollständig renoviert und neu eingerichtet, wir planen die Einführung einer Klimaanlage im Jahr 2024 und wir haben jedes Jahr kontinuierlich in das Anwesen investiert, um unseren Gästen das bestmögliche Erlebnis zu bieten. estada fantàstica

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit mehreren Schlafzimmern mit DU/WC, zwei Aufenthaltsräumen (groß und klein) mit Küche sowie drei großen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrassen auf drei Ebenen. Dazu: große Außenanlage mit zwei Pools unterschiedlicher Tiefe, Grill und Speiseplatz, großem Sandkasten und Rutsche, Schaukel und Trampolin sowie Beach-Volleyball-Platz. Alles in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Bestens geeignet für Urlaub mit mehreren Familien* oder Pärchen, da großzügig und mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten drinnen wie draußen. *Bei Kleinkindern ist bzgl. Wasserbecken und Treppen Vorsicht und Aufmerksamkeit geboten! Sehr gut mit dem Auto und dem öffentlichen Bus zu erreichen; Haltestelle keine zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt waren wir ob der Ausstattung und Größe des Ferienhauses freudig überrascht; wir haben uns sieben Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

SÉJOUR AGRÉABLE DANS UNE VILLA ADAPTÉE POUR 4 FAMILLES

Notre hôte Pedro et sa fille ont toujours été à notre écoute. La villa est idéale pour passer un séjour entre amis avec des enfants. Tout est prévu pour eux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’autant que la maison est idéalement située près de toutes les criques paradisiaques de Marjorque.
