At an altitude of 450m, this house is a balcony overlooking the Messinian Gulf. Here one can enjoy the mountain fresh air and oxygen and within 15 minutes to descend to his swim in the sea, in one of the many fabulous messinian beaches (sandy beach of Kalamaki ca. 6 km).
This air conditioned apartment is the perfect choice for travellers looking for peace, quiet and a relaxing stay.Bright and spacious, in an area of 65 sqm it can accomondate up to 7 guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom-WC, a second bathroom with bathtub and a fully equiped kitchen with dining table.The living area is the third sleeping area with a single bed and a sofa-convrted to double bed. The apartment has its own balcony, which make it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy your breakfast or lunch or just relax with the stunning view surrounded by the nature.
Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment.
The swimming pool, the garden, the BBQ and the laundry are shared.
The apartment is accesible via staircase-no elevator.
