Perched in the heart of the picturesque village of Beer, this first-floor apartment offers the perfect escape for couples eager to discover Devon’s stunning Jurassic Coast. Just 100 metres from your doorstep, you’ll find the village centre, home to a variety of eateries and pubs serving tempting fish and seafood, along with a handful of charming shops to explore. The shingle beach, also a short stroll away, provides a scenic spot to watch colourful fishing boats bobbing in and out of the bay. Those craving adventure can follow the South West Coast Path which passes within 40 metres of the front door, leading to Seaton (2.5 miles) or Branscombe (2 miles), both offering breathtaking coastal views. Further afield, the charming seaside town of Lyme Regis awaits, just 9.5 miles away.
From the shared entrance, take the stairs up to your front door. Kick off your shoes and head into the open-plan living space, where you’ll find an L-shaped sofa with Smart TV, wooden floors, pale walls and touches of colour for a fresh, relaxed feel. A kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to prep holiday meals, and a washer/dryer is situated on the far wall and tucked away in the corner is a drinks station, where cups of tea and coffee can be brewed or help yourself to a glass of your favourite tipple. Two guests can dine comfortably at the dining table with views of Jubilee Gardens and a glimpse of the sea. When you start to yawn, follow the hall to find the restful double bedroom with a shower room and WC next door.
Although there is no dedicated outdoor space for this apartment, the nearby suntrap beach is the perfect place to relax in the fresh air.
