Tiny but clean and all you need for a quick overnight. Quiet. A little cramped but not uncomfortable. Working ac! Walkable markets, restaurants and public transit.

The house wasn't what I expected from the photos however it was everything we needed. It was absolutely perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. The location was amazing, near a bunch of shops and an easy walk to the underground which my 8 year old was able to completely navigate within a day. I would absolutely book this unit again, the miscommunication on housing was dealt with with such grace and kindness from the owner. It was safe, clean and perfect. I will treasure my memories from this visit!

Convenient location. My stay was okay but didn’t sleep well because of noise from the above flat.As I was traveling back home to the States, I realized that I left some items behind. I notified the host as soon as I realized asking if it could be mailed and I pay for the postage and inconvenience, but was denied due to them “being too busy” to do so although the postage office is not far in distance from the apartment. I did try to arrange pick up from a distant relative but was unsuccessful due to their schedule not aligning with the time window pick up was offered.

Yes exactly the response I was expecting. What actually happened and the real reason for the poor review is not the actual stay but the whole bag of souvenirs that was left behind which was not a small package and would have needed to be totally repacked, then go down to the post office and wait in the queue for 25 minutes and then pay for it in the hope that the guest would send us the money for it! We were quite happy for his cousin to come and pick it up but the guest unfortunately seems to think that the housekeeper should work according to his hours as opposed to hers... No thank you!

Amazing Cottage in the Garden

This was a beautiful and lovely place for a family of five to retreat to after a day of exploring all London has to offer. We felt like we were in our own secret garden. 3 kids absolutely loved it and so did we!

Our stay in the garden cottage was absolutely amazing we went back for a second time. Reuven was exceptional and so easy to communicate with. We just wish we had the chance to meet them! Thanks for a great stay, Reuven! The flat and the city were so lovely! Hope to visit again!

Lovely experience. Quiet and great for families with young kids.

We had a lovely experience. The place was as advertised and better as there was a garden that gave it an even more tranquil feel. It was quiet and my enough space for a young family at a good price. The host was responsive. Great location also, walking distance from many stores etc. Overall excellent. Thank you!

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet

Everything was as expected. We did have a challenge but Reuven was easily accessible and resolved our issue with great result. Flat had new bath, new kitchen, and comfortable beds. Location was as expected and very quiet at night.

Nice Apartment for a short trip

The Size of the Apartment is Good. With Bus and Underground you are in the City in 15 - 30 Minutes. It‘s a small sleeping room and a Living room (in the living room are the sleeping Couch and the bunk bed). The neighbourhood is quiet. Nearby you find supermarket and Restaurants.

Convenient quality accomodation for small groups

Myself and a few friends rented this property for our short-stay (3 nights) in London. It is well located, close to the jubilee line and serviced by bus routes. The property check in was extremely straightforward and easy. The hosts were communicative, helpful and kind. The property is well maintained and perfect for those planning to be out and about most of the time. The kitchen and bathroom were great and the sleeping situation was an ingenious use of the space. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Willesden Stay

Location was great with public transport , bus and train choices, supermarket not far. Needs an upgrade with chairs and bit of minor fixes. Bedroom doesn’t have aircon. Our first Stayz - we were satisfied with it !

Location is accessible

We arrived and the location was clean, might feel a bit crowded for 6 people but if price is the issue then yes it does have space for 6 people. There are a few places to eat and a few markets, specially on the way to the underground, the bus stop is very close as well but we found the underground to be the most practical. The apartment was very quiet, we had a view of the gardens.

Great for a Wembley Game

My husband and I stayed here so we had an easy ride to Wembley for the NFL game in town (Go Broncos!). Reuven was quick to respond to any questions and the check-in/out were super simple. The photos for the listing might be a bit dated, the floors are no longer carpeted (wood now) and some of the furniture shown was not there. That being said, the food nearby was excellent and the walk and short tube ride to Wembley made it a great place to stay for an in-and-out Wembley game viewing!

Good things - early check in and clean and tidy. But it’s a 13-14 mins walk atleast from tube station which is difficult with luggage as well and there’s no facility to store luggage and so after check out, you’d need to find somewhere else to store luggage if you don’t want to be dragging it along with you. The streets were dirty and not somewhere I’d feel safe walking alone at night but thats me, a non Londoner I guess. The toilet was very small and we could barely close the door. Bedroom bed just about sleeps two. The other two are sofa beds. All in all, a bit average, sorry.

A happy stay in London.

We had a great London visit, did and saw so much. The property is clean and comfortable, but is a fair trek from the station with luggage (nearer to 15 minutes). There are lots of warning signs around the station about crime especially at night. Thankfully summer days in the UK go on forever, so we weren’t near the station in the dark. Sound insulation is poor, as is the case in many homes like this one, so plenty of noises from neighbours. Overall a clean comfortable stay.

Not clean, mold problem, also smells bad, can smell the mold in the air. All of our linens were stained.

To be honest they were there for one night and even that was too much. Awful people! Unfriendly,complaining about everything! The heating according to them wasn’t working due to the guests above using the same stay that us all connected..absolute nonsense! They claimed that the guest above were making a terrible noise until 5am..the guests above were 2 75 year old pensioners… Thank goodness they left after a night,would advise all home owners to stay well clear if this lovely couple…
