Beautiful small manor house in traditional 18th-century style, located on the edge of a charming village, with a lovely garden where the heated private pool is situated. One of the highlights of this holiday home is the adjoining 50 m² gîte with a cozy open-plan living room, its own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for parents joining their adult children on holiday! Villa Les Rocs is always rented as a private holiday home, if you only need the main house, the gîte will simply remain unused. A wonderful extra service from the owners!
Interior
On the ground floor, overlooking the back garden, you’ll find the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a large dining table seating up to 8 guests. Special feature: the kitchen is partly integrated into the old stone fireplace… The spacious living room opens onto the inner courtyard with a delightful covered terrace. Also on this level is a lovely en-suite bedroom, suitable for wheelchair users. Upstairs are two very spacious and bright bedrooms (both air-conditioned): one with 4 single beds, perfect for children, and the other with a large double bed. An additional bathroom is also located upstairs. Please note: only the bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning.
The adjoining gîte offers space for 2 more guests (plus a baby if needed), with its own living room, bedroom, and bathroom (50 m²).

Charming private garden in a peaceful setting. Heated private pool with a sunny terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a beautiful tree providing shade during the warm summer months. Parking available for 2 cars.
Surroundings
Lovely village with café/bar and restaurant just a few kilometers from Montignac. Only a 5-minute drive to Terrasson and Montignac, offering shops, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants. The medieval town of Sarlat is just 20 minutes away, with excellent shopping, fine restaurants, and plenty of cultural events.
Outside of July and August, there is a €200 surcharge if you wish to rent the gîte as well (it will remain closed if not needed).
