This domain has a large living room with two sofas and a television available. The dining room is equipped with a large dining table and a sideboard. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room. You will find an oven, induction hobs, a refrigerator/freezer, a kettle, a filter and capsule coffee maker, a dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils.

The corridor serves 3 bedrooms (including one bed with dimensions 160 x 200 and two with 180 x 200) and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, with an independent toilet.

A staircase leads down to the ground floor, which offers 3 distinct spaces: the sleeping area, the garage, and the basement. The sleeping area has a bed (180/200) and is the only room with direct ground-level access from the outside. There is an adjoining bathroom and toilet.

The garage houses a ping pong table.

The basement provides access to an additional fridge and freezer, the washing machine, and access to the garden and swimming pool.

You will also have access to the large terrace and garden with all the furniture available for maximum comfort. The outdoor pool is chlorinated and is open from mid-June to mid-September, and it is not heated.
