Large and comfortable studio located in the Isola Garibaldi district, few minutes walking from Piazza Gae Aulenti and Garibaldi Station. Located in the modern and trendy Isola District, where food and nightlife meet the new, awards winning skyline, the studio is a delightful open space recently renovated with style and harmony, in a characteristic old Milanese building. The attention to details, the use of natural materials such as imported stones and woods, the furnishings, make it a pleasant discovery to share as a couple or in perfect, solitary, relaxation. The apartment has a four-poster double bed, a comfortable built-in sofa, a small but complete kitchen and a very special and comfortable bathroom. Wi-Fi - optical fiber - is included.

Great location comfortable stop at the end of a long day.

This property was super easy to get to straight from the airport. It was clean and comfortable which was great after a couple of long days walking and touring Milan.

Wonderful place in perfect location

I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful apt! The host, Kiki, was so warm and welcoming. Left water, treats, coffee and wine upon arrival.amazing location! Cant recommend enough!

Lovely Pied-à-terre

This charming apartment was well decorated by the very gracious and kind-hearted owner who has an eye for beauty and detail. The bathroom was both complete, tasteful and comfortable. We appreciated all of the thoughtful snacks and beverages provided. We look forward to returning soon.

Dream studio

This wonderful apartment is in a great area of Milan, with cool shops, restaurants and bars nearby - but tucked away in a very quiet street. The apartment is unique, with high ceilings and beautifully furnished. The owner is so welcoming he made me feel like a dear friend. A great experience. I will be very happy to stay here again.

Fantastic Host

A friend and I had a short stay in Milan. We found this studio and do not regret it at all. The property has so much character and was a fun experience to stay in. Located in a great area with great food options close by. But mostly the host made this experience. He was quick to respond via text to any needs and even stayed up a couple hours past our original check in time due to travel delays. We are very appreciative and would recommend this property for anyone to stay in! Thank you Kiki you made our stay a special one!!

Great stay in Milan!

We enjoyed this unique apartment very much! Kiki, the host, met us and showed us the apartment which one can tell immediately he takes great care of. As you walk in from the busier streets the courtyard outside the apartment was immediately quiet and had such a nice feel to it. We found the apartment very clean, very comfortable and the host provided coffee and so many things in the small kitchen so we felt right at home. It was in a nice neighborhood with restaurants a short walk away and Kiki provided a small list of his favorites, which we tried and fully agreed with! Also there’s a great vintage shop just around the corner that we loved! We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Milan

The property was spacious and had nice amenities from the host such as coffee, a moka pot, a toaster oven, snacks, and champagne. We really appreciated Kiki communicating with us and being flexible about our check-in time, which was quite late because of our flight. The master bed was super creaky and loud, and there was no actual AC system, but the fans made up for it (we stayed in June). The bathroom was a good size with a quality shower head and had plenty of hot water. The decor was quirky and endearing. The area was generally quiet. We had a lovely time there.

What a Find!

Our host was the best! He helped us find outstanding local restaurants, bakeries and other businesses and points of interest in the neighborhood. He taught us all the ins and outs of the metro center. I can’t say enough good about him. The apartment itself may be a bit querky but it is well equipped and functional.

Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend this place . I had a wonderful experience and would definitely be back! From the time i made the reservation Kiki was very helpful and I got immediate responses to all my questions, This was my first time in Italy and I felt like home away from home. What touched me the most was Kiki came to meet us at the station. He even helped us book our train tickets to Florence. He was always checking to see if we needed anything. This place is very clean and the room is very cozy and had all the amenities and you can get easily get anywhere by train or bus. This was the best place I stayed in Italy.

Indulging in Isola

We had a wonderful 8 day stay in Kiki’s Isola apartment. It was the embodiment of all we learnt and loved about Milan - well designed, functional and with its own quirky individuality. The apartment is located in a vibrant neighbourhood away from the hustle and crowds of the city centre, but close enough to make access easy. Porta Garibaldi Metro and train station is only a short stroll away. We enjoyed eating at all the local restaurants, especially Assaje for pizza! Kiki takes his role of host seriously; welcoming, friendly and generous with his time and advice. Pre trip communication was always clear, detailed and prompt. Our enjoyment of Milan was certainly enhanced by Kiki and his apartment.

Excellent home base for Milan

Kiki's apartment was amazing. He has hand built every part of it, and the taste and decor shone through. It is a roomy apartment that has several spaces, that make it seem far bigger than it even is. It is in a great neighborhood of Milan, far enough away from the Duomo (about a 25 min walk) but close enough to be able to go there however/whenever you like. It is well connected to the public transportation and has a ton of neighborhood places to check out, ranging from bars, restaurants, parks etc. Highly recommend anyone who wants to use this as their homebase in Milan. Kiki is an awesome host who is extremely gracious and even came to pick us up from the train station which immediately gave us a sense of his hospitality. He is highly reachable and gives fantastic recommendations, so when in doubt, just take him up on his recs. Great place, great host - really not much else to say. 10/10.

Tolles Apartment in guter Lage!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Mailand. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz besonderes und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Für unsere 3-Tage-Trip war das die perfekte Unterkunft. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Bei unserem nächsten Trip kommen wir bestimmt wieder!

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Das Apartment ist ausgesprochen schön, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber und befindet in einer guten Lage. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Im Kühlschrank gab es Butter, Marmelade, Orangensaft, Sekt. Außerdem auch noch Brot, Kekse, Zwieback. Außer dieser Großzügigkeit ist Kiki auch noch sehr freundlich und interessiert an seinen Gästen und auch wirklich hilfsbereit. Er ist ein Gastgeber im besten Sinne! Im Viertel gibt es gute Restaurants, Bars und die beste Eisdiele weit und breit. Ich war schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen, aber diese Unterkunft ist mit Abstand die beste, die ich je hatte. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

2 wunderbare Nächte Die Unterkunft ist bunt zusammengestellt aber Super gemütlich und ist super gut gelegen. Mit der U-Bahn sind wir in kürzester Zeit überall hingekommen. Der Gastgeber hatte uns noch ein paar Früchte, Frühstückssnacks und eine Flasche Sekt und Bier da gelassen. Was wir so auch noch nie vorgefunden haben. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Il soggiorno perfetto a Milano

L'alloggio perfetto per trascorrere a Milano una settimana con tutte le comodità legate alla casa super accessoriata e alla posizione rispetto alla città. Situato in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere i mezzi pubblici, quartire vivace e pieno di locali, e allo stesso tempo silenzio la notte. Appartamento ricco di dettagli e studiato nei minimi particolari per rendere un'atmosfera unica e senza tempo. Adelchi è un oste gentilissimo e super disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

This was my first vacation rental and I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything about this experience was perfect. This is a very cute and comfortable apartment in a convenient location near Garibaldi station, with easy access to public transportation. The host went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay.
