The Annexe at Loch View Farm will take your breath away

The Annexe at Loch View Farm is a two bedroom, unique self catering cottage. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and two additional toilets plus a lovely upstairs lounge with incredible views of Cowden Loch and the Mountains surrounding the idyllic village of Comrie in Perthshire. The Annexe is ideal for a couples getaway, either one or two couples, or a family holiday, where you have an abundance of activities to choose from, including relaxing in their own private hot tub.

Comrie is 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff 5 miles away. Perth and Stirling are 30 minutes with Glasgow and Edinburgh around 60 minutes away. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy some relaxation time.

This was just a wonderful experience all around. The property was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Wallace(owner) was helpful and could not have been nicer. We will be back in the future years to come.

Peaceful farm with views!

The property owner greeted us and showed us around the Annexe and its many amenities. The place is well-maintained, and the views are stunning. It provided a nice, quiet escape from our busy everyday lives. Although we had initially planned to travel to various locations each day, the beautiful setting and peaceful atmosphere led us to stay and enjoy the Annexe more than we had anticipated.

Perfect Hideaway

This place was fantastic! Beds were comfy, place was clean and the hot tub was amazing. Wallace was incredible
 I got into a car accident and he really saved the day helping me. The location is excellent; off-grid, beautiful surroundings and lots of animals. The perfect getaway if you want to relax and be in nature. 10/10 would recommend, I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful place in the countryside

Perfect end to our European family vacation! The location is in a countryside setting, yet close to ammenities. Extremely relaxing and peaceful walks right on the property. The upstairs area has a wonderful view through large windows and worked great for our teen to have some space for himself. While our youngest enjoyed the downstairs bedroom next to the main bedroom to herself. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The markets are only 10-15 minute drive away. Location is convenient being situated between the highlands and Edinburgh. Wallace was a gem with his great advice and local knowledge thay made the few days we had most fulfilling. This was exactly what we needed to close out our vacation!

Hidden Gem

We're from the US and went to Scotland for 2 weeks. We stayed in three different locations and Loch View Farm was by far our favorite. We scheduled it at the end of our trip to provide the downtime from all the travel. What a magical place! Every view from each window and outside was beautiful and so serene. To wake up to hear sheep early in the morning was something I've never experienced and I loved it. Wallace was very easy to communicate with and was available if we had any concerns or questions. To open up his family farm to others is very kind and I wish him and his family the best for what Loch View Farm has to bring.

Tranquil

The stay was amazing. It was peaceful with beautiful views and plenty of space. Our host Wallace was super nice and made sure the house had everything we would need. The location was right next to a wildlife park so that was a nice bonus! The outside had a nice seating area and hot tub to enjoy the beautiful views and the upstairs had these really cool windows that opened like doors so you could take in the views while inside as well. The location was also great. It was a short drive to Crieff where there is a good amount of restaurants and a co-op amd we were only an hour from Edinburgh as well as a lot of other towns. It was a great option for exploring. I would definitely recommend this house and host to friends and family.

Perfect relaxing break

First time me and my partner have been to Scotland and we are so glad to have chosen this beautiful holiday at the annexe the owner Wallace is such a great guy very helpful and so accommodating for our needs We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the accommodation was so perfect and so modern you literally do not need to leave the apartment once you have the food in. He has thought of everything. We are already planning on our next visit to the annexe but this time bringing our kids. We would recommend this apartment to anyone

Just perfection!

Very easy to book and good communication with owner. Annexe was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly! Views from all around were breathtaking! Situated on the edge of a small loch, we enjoyed watchingbthe daily antics of the swans and ducks! Red squirrel regularly seen in the garden! Hot tub was awesome! Interior of the Annexe is to a very high standard, all looks very new and spotless! We (4 good friends) enjoyed a lovely stay for 3 nights and woyld definitely like to return at some point!

Fantastic holiday house

We had a great stay here. The views are spectacular and we loved sitting in the hot tub soaking up the scenery. Very comfy holiday house and Wallace was very helpful.

Annexe at Lochview Farm with wonderful Views

The Annexe was a brilliant Holiday Home with a Sitting Room upstairs with wonderful views of the Loch & Hills and also lovely country walks - we would recommend it to any age (There is a Tennis court, Basket ball net and Football) and we would definitely go back again.
