Holiday home in the historic center of Gallipoli

The 'COVO GIALLO, beautifully renovated apartment is within a palace of the first half of the nineteenth-century in the Old Town of Gallipoli. The apartment, with direct input from the road, it is about 90 meters from the sea and from the free beach, has been comfortably furnished, nice for groups of friends and couples, adapted to the accommodation from 2 up to max 4 people. The apartments have a floor area of about 80 square meters, is accessible to all the services offered by the Old Center. The location is close to the sea and the free beach (about 80 meters away). At night Gallipoli is the center of attraction of the whole province and its summer guests due to the presence of many clubs at the Lidos, with concerts by well-known groups, singers, dance and finally with restaurants for all tastes. But the sea and its attractions are the most important strength of Gallipoli: sandy areas alternate with the rock, with an emerald-colored crystalline water, which has nothing to envy to that of the Caribbean. During the bathing period (from May to October), many Bathhouses also equipped for the evening happy hour, are alternate with areas of free access beaches. Obviously, all water sports are present: snorkeling, underwater fishing, sailing and motor boat rentals, etc. The rest is to be discovered directly by coming to Gallipoli in Summer time.
Also this year, due to the pandemic, for the safety of our Guests we carry out sanitizing with nebulization in all rooms of the three apartments, with products that comply with the tests and authorized by the Ministry of Health with P.M.C. 14575. Upon arrival of the Guests, at delivery moment of the keys, body temperature is checked with a thermoscanner and the Green Pass if still in force. The final cleaning costs of the apartment, the linen and towel kits are included in the price. Couples are granted a 10% price reduction only if negotiated prior to booking, in order to update the price subject to the fees charged by Vrbo. In order to fulfill the various duties of permanence (communication to the Police Headquarters of the lease; formalization of the period of stay for the purposes of the tourist tax; to finish we inform Clients that the Host intends to make use of the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 23 of 14/3 / 2011 art.3 to obtain the tax application of the dry coupon in his tax return and acceptance of the rental conditions, etc.). To do this, the Guest must sign upon arrival our transitory lease contract for the tourism purposes , with attached the inventory of existing assets in the apartment.
