Villa Verdizela II is a large holiday home set on a hugely generous plot, with a vast garden, ample lounging areas and plenty of space to make the most of the sun,for children to play.



The sparkling blue pool sits centre-stage among the lawn.



Colourful fruit trees and fragrant flowers surround the building and there are sun loungers, a relaxed dining table and space to spread out.



The outdoor living area with a wood-burning barbeque is equipped with tennis and football tables, for endless hours of guarantied fun.



Located in a forest area, is set at the rear of a sports park, that offers not just sports facilities like padel, tennis, volleyball, football, and basketball but also nice picnic areas.

Pleasant stay

Nice heated pool for all family members, especially water slide, fence and sun beds. Easy access to host. Nice space for 11 persons. Nice bathrooms. 21/10/25 Size of double beds, door lock in basement, Waste capacity. Door lock in living room towards pool did not function, but shutters did the job.

Very nice villa close to the ocean and Lisboa

The villa is spacious, with lovely rooms and newly refurbished bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is excellent. A great option for 3–4 families with children. 09/07/25 It's a pity that the two ground-floor bedrooms are not en suite. However, the villa is very comfortable overall.

We had the best two weeks at this villa, the kids and adults loved it equally, plenty to do for everyone. The pool was the biggest hit as we were in it every day cooling down in the hot weather! The pictures of this villa don’t do it justice it is so much better, all the bathrooms have been re done and our absolutely amazing which isn’t in the pictures. As a group we definitely recommend this villa as we have the best time kids and adults you definitely wouldn’t be disappointed if you book it. Thank you to allure villas who have been amazing the whole time, if we needed anythinghad any questions where available 24/7. 24/08/25

A lovely house located within driving distance to central Lisabon

A lovely house located within driving distance to central Lisabon. A well equipped villa perfectly suited for groupsfamily, with 6 bedrooms and ~14 beds. Many activities on the area as well as close by (Padel/tennis 5 min walk away, golf courses around the corner. We were 9 people in our group and had plenty of space left over. Would definitely recommend a stay to all groups looking to visit Portugal and Lisabon!

We really enjoyed our time

We really enjoyed our time. Andreia and the team from Allure villas were super responsive and whilst not cheap, it was exactly the place we were looking for. Everything felt very clean and well maintained despite being slightly aged. Only small minus was the size of the beds which were all queen size but that’s something we were ok with. Uber works very well in the region so rental car is not a must. 20/10/24

Great villa with plenty of space for large groups. Only a short taxi to the local beach and even Lisbon was closed enough for a couple of day trips. The host Andreia was fantastic, allowing us to check in early and making sure everything went well in our stay. 30/05/24

Nice, big house with all amenities

This house is perfectly situated, within 45 minutes from Lisbon and equally convenient for excursions to relevant attractions in Setúbal. The house is very spacious and with all amenities for a great vacation. Great vacation tips from Joana completed our great week. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at Villa Verdizela II

From the moment we arrived at the property to the day we left we cannot fault the villa and service of the villa management team. They made us very welcome with a welcome basket. Everything was as we had requested, pool, towels and accommodation. The villa was amazing and very well equipped. The bed in the main suite upstairs is not the most comfortable. Perhaps replace that, but other than that, perfect.

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 11 friends. Around the house you have a PingPong tabel, basketball and a pooltable. So you can have a lot of fun with a big group. We needed more pingpong baths, for a game that we wanted to play and the Villa Manager was so kind, that she bought them by herself and bring them to the villa! Always a really quick response! Overall we had a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend it! 19/05/24

Loved our stay

Our family and friends group of 10 had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Everything went so smoothly. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. We had two minor issues and within an hour Felipe was on site taking care of us. The villa suited our needs perfectly, its so spacious, theres room for people to have privacy or mix with others. Every facility is there, coffee machine, washing machine, BBQ etc. The property was well maintained both inside and out. We would definitely recommend the villa. Thank you so much to the whole team at Allure Villas. Villa could use some more plastic (tupperware?) containers and the knives could be sharper.

We were a party of six adults and four children aged between five and nine. Plenty of room for all. The boys had a great time in the pool especially with the slide and enjoyed having their own room downstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. Great communication with Andreia and any small problems were immediately resolved by Felipe. We were disappointed with the commercial centre nearby but the Lidl and Aldi were excellent and only five minutes away by car. The only negative we found was that the mattresses were a bit hard. We would have no hesitation in booking the Villa in the future.

The villa was exactly what we wanted and was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. It’s a little far out of the city but that’s what we wanted. Easy to get there as the taxi services are fast clean and very reliable. The villa is traditional in style but immaculately clean and very spacious. Very well equipped kitchen with all you could need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were very fast in responding to our few requests and were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean with plenty of towels and bed linens . The gardens are immaculate and full of fruit trees which yiu can help yourself to. Lemons limes pomegranates and figs and even a banana palm all bursting with fruit. The people in Portugal are friendly helpful and most speak perfect English. It’s a very traveller friendly place to visit and we never felt like tourists at all. The neighbourhood is very quiet which was perfect for us. For groceries just head to the very well stocked local Lidls excellent in every way 10/10z

Holiday stay

The villa internally was very clean and well equipped. Good games and bbq area. The grounds were well maintained. The pool was initially good but there were problems with the slide and on the last three days the pool turned green and was not usable. Outside had various issues, two sunbeds were broken, the pool slide was unsafe, the holding down bolts for the slide had rusted and the slide moved when used. We didn't let the children use it the second week. The pool turned green and misty towards the end of our holiday and was not usable there was no urgency to rectify the problem so we lost the use of the pool for the final three days of our holiday. Overall this all impacted our holiday hence value for money is just average.

The villa was very good, all facilities were available, it was clean and well looked after, we did have a problem with the dish washer but the owners rectified this very quickly. Outside was not as good, two sunbeds were broken, the pool slide was not totally safe, the slide base joints had rusted and the slide moved when the children used it. We had to stop them using it during our second week. Then towards the end of the holiday the pool turned green and was not usable. Pool people called to treat the problem, didn't seem to be any urgency to rectify the problem. Basically we had NO use of the pool for the final three days of our holiday. A map of the area, showing restaurants, bars, etc would have been a useful addition to the welcome book. Sep. 2023

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

We proudly and with great enthusiasm founded Allure Villas thanks to the owners’ involvement, our satisfied guests’ feedback, and word of mouth.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Verdizela is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports.
Less than 2 km away from the resort, you have beach bars and small restaurants specialised in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset.
About 5 km away from the resort there is a wide range of beach bars that at night turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
