From the property’s parking lot, a flight of stairs leads to the entrance of the house, which opens into the living area featuring a sofa, a TV nook, and a dining area. To the right of this is the fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) with a window overlooking the sea. The living area leads to the sleeping quarters, consisting of two double bedrooms (one with a French door overlooking the sea that opens onto the garden, and the other with a large window overlooking the sea) and two bathrooms (one of which is for the exclusive use of one of the bedrooms), both with windows and showers.
In front of the entrance is a first terrace with a sea view, featuring a beach umbrella, BBQ, table, and chairs, from which you can access the lower terrace used as a sun deck with a beach umbrella, lounge chairs, deck chairs, a small pool, a shower, and direct access to the sea.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat via heat pumps in all rooms, as well as a washing machine.
The property also includes a parking space in the private parking lot.
The pool will be open starting April 1.

A security deposit of 200 euros is payable on site upon arrival.

The price includes: bed linens, towels, beach towels, initial and final cleaning, and Wi-Fi.

The price does not include: electricity based on consumption (0.45 euros per kWh) and tourist tax
