The Baions House

The Baions House is a new, brand-new apartment 750 meters from St. Peter's, located on a quiet and peaceful street but close to the historic center. A 3-minute walk from St. Peter's station. Its layout makes it perfect for families, groups or couples of friends. As the floor plan in the photo shows, privacy is guaranteed. Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
Located on the ground floor of a nice and small condominium consisting of three apartments. There are no architectural barriers. At your entrance you will find the living area consisting of a livable kitchenette (fully equipped for every occasion with oven, microwave oven, American coffee maker, kettle, sandwich and toast plate, etc.), dining area, sofa, TV corner.
From here you can access the two rooms where you will enjoy maximum privacy, one with en suite bathroom with window, the other with adjacent blind bathroom. Both bathrooms are of course equipped with shower and bidet. Air conditioning and radiators (independent) in every room of the house.
Check in after 8 p.m. has a charge of €30.00.
Tourist tax of €6 per person per night to be paid at check in.

Appartement neuf

Appartement neuf, situé proche du Vatican mais un peu plus éloigné du centre de Rome s’il fallait trouver un défaut (15 min en trottinette). L’hôte est très avenant, il propose des endroits où déjeuner et dîner. Des endroits à visiter. Je recommande fortement !

The house is beautiful! Loved that there was 2 rooms & 2 bathrooms, we had our own little suites! It is close to bus stops & train station. Great walking around the house, 15 min walk to the Vatican, restaurants & stores . Must be caution with the cats going by in front of the house.

We're super grateful we stayed there!

We had a few hiccups on check in which was just due to some confusion on both ends, I think, but Stefano was great to do his best and to make up for the delay we had. He was very easy to work with and a very nice guy! They place was clean and comfortable (could maybe use new pillows). We were so tired the nights we stayed there, it makes it hard to tell how comfortable the bed were but we slept great. Plenty of hot water! Not Stefano's fault but there was a little bit of nose at night, it didn't bother us much, however we also live in a very quiet place so if you're used to City noise you might not even notice. We loved having the two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Never ran out of hot water! Location was excellent for the Vatican and we could walk and/or take buses or trains very conveniently from the location to get everywhere else relatively quick and easy. Stefano gave lots of great suggestions for activities and placed to eat. I don't know if we'll be back to Rome but if we did go back we'd definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone traveling with 2-5 people!

Excellent stay, and host!

We had a short but fantastic stay. Stefano is and incredible host, and the place is extremely clean and new. Close to all the main attractions.Highly recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay!

Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located to the train and many other things. A grocery store is only one block away. I would stay here again.
