APARTAMENTO ROJO DE LILLO: Viale Giulio Cesare 14, a 1 km del centro histórico - Plaza de España - Piazza del popolo - Piazza Navona y San Pietro, parada de metro 'A' Lepanto para conexiones con la estación de trenes Termini y el aeropuerto Leonardo Da Vinci.
El apartamento de unos 110 metros cuadrados. muy luminoso ubicado en el tercer piso de un elegante edificio de la década de 1940 con conserje y ascensor, compuesto por: entrada - sala de estar con comedor - cocina grande con horno, lavavajillas, etc. - baño grande con vestidor - habitación doble con balcón - habitación doble o Habitación doble con balcón - Habitación individual y balcón. Los trabajos de renovación acaban de terminar, en mayo de 2016 se cambiaron los marcos de las ventanas y el apartamento está equipado con todas las comodidades calefacción autónoma - aire acondicionado en las habitaciones las habitaciones - wifi - en mayo de 2016 se cambiaron los marcos de las ventanas ventanas. sin ruido

Très bel appartement à 10 minutes du centre ville

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appart est à 5 minutes du Métro LEPANTO à pied. Logement calme, très bonne literie. Simona est charmante et parle très bien le français. Bonne adresse pour déjeuner et dîner. Supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds. Je recommande cette location.

Great apartment for exploring Rome

This is a really nice, comfortable apartment in a great location. It’s in a perfect location for seeing the sights - 15 min walk to Vatican City in one direction or 15 minute walk in the other for the historic centre. Close to the Metro if you want to get further afield. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Simona was really helpful in arranging airport transfers and letting us leave our bags - it made for a stress free break! Thank you Simona!

Beautiful apartment close to all sights by foot or metro station

We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean and was well equipped for our stay. The area was lovely and safe with nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. The balconies off each room were lovely too and just what you would imagine living in this beautiful city of Rome would be like. Simona the host was very easy to be in contact with before, during and after our stay. I had left behind my Bose headphones by accident ( worth $400) and Simona came to meet us to return them to me. We would absolutely stay in this beautiful apartment again and would recommend it to anyone. A gem and amazing value for money compared to other accommodations close by and we were so happy to have stayed here.

Well located and confortable

The communication with Simona was excellent from the beginning. She was helpful and welcomed us warmly. The apartment is like the pictures although a little smaller with a small change of table and chairs for dinner, but comfortable (for 3-4 persons) and well located (close while being away from the hustle and bustle and tourists). The beds, pillows very comfortable and the sheets of good quality (important details for us). The kitchen is well equipped and the condo was clean.The grocery store at a street corner and the metro very close too but most attractions are easily accessible by foot. Quiet area, although the street, which is beautiful, is a bit busy at peak hours, but it did not bother us since we were absent most of the time. Grazie Simona. Arrivederci!

Sehr zentrale Lage, schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin

Waren für 4 Tage in Rom. Metro Station ist nur ein paar 100 Meter entfernt. Aber auch ansonsten quasi alles zu Fuß zu von dort erreichen. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet inklusive der Küche. Simona ist eine klasse Vermieterin! Immer schnelle Antworten, alles organisiert, vom Taxi bis zur Reservierung im Restaurant. Bei der Anreise gab es Probleme mit Flugverspätungen, aber sie hat alles organisiert und stand immer zur Verfügung. Perfekt!

Great apartment for exploring Rome

We spent a week in Simona's apartment in Rome in July this year. Located in Prati, a more residential area of Rome, it was the perfect base from which to explore the city. The apartment is just a couple of minutes walk away from a Metro station but we only used this a few times, as it was only a 10-15 minute walk anyway to get over the river and to the city centre. Or a 15 minute walk in the other direction to get to the Vatican. The neighbourhood felt very safe with leafy streets and a good range of supermarkets, restaurants and ice cream shops all within a few minutes walk. It was actually really lovely to be able to escape the hectic city centre in the evenings and come back to somewhere slightly quieter and more relaxing. We thought it was a great location. The apartment itself worked really well for our family (2 adults and 3 children). There are 3 bedrooms ( 1 double, 1 twin & 1 single), all with comfy beds and very much appreciated air conditioning which offered welcome relief from the heatwave Rome was experiencing when we were there! The apartment was clean and pretty well equipped for a holiday rental. It was great to have the living/dining room space as well as a kitchen. We cooked most evenings and ate in the apartment and had most things we needed to prepare a range of meals. Simona was a great host and met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked. She'd left some essential supplies for breakfast the next morning, which was a nice touch. She also shared local information about good restaurants and things to do which was very useful. We had a great week in Rome and would definitely recommend Simona's apartment.

Familienurlaub März 2016

Die Wohnung als solche kann nur in den höchsten Tönen gelobt werden. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist und wirkt sehr großzügig, ein langer Flur, ein wirklich geräumiges Badezimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, eine Küche, in der man sehr gut wirtschaften kann und schließlich die drei Schlafzimmer: zwei große Zimmer mit französischem Bett bzw. zwei Einzelbetten und ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Sehr bequeme Betten, stilvolle Küche mit genügend Geschirr und Zubehör (wir liebten die Saftpresse!). In der wunderbaren Markthalle zwischen Cola di Rienzi und Gracchi haben wir Obst, Gemüse, Fisch und Fleisch gekauft und abends gekocht. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Der große Balkon könnte liebevoller eingerichtet werden (derzeit anscheinend nur Platz für Raucher) und eine Garderobe im Flur wäre schön. Auch das Gebäude ist klasse, sehr elegant und großzügig, viel Holz und Marmor, der Fahrstuhl erleichterte nach anstrengenden Märschen durch Rom die letzten Meter doch sehr. Lage unglaublich: Direkt am Tiber, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Piazza del Popolo in die eine und zum Petersdom in die andere Richtung. Metrostation wenige Meter entfernt. Mittelgroßer Lebensmittelladen gleich um die Ecke. Simona war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat für unsere An- und Abfahrt die Taxen zu günstigen Festpreisen organisiert und uns mehrere Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Einziger, jedoch schwerwiegender Nachteil der Wohnung ist der Verkehrslärm. Wir haben nachts nur mit Oropax geschlafen (wohnen zuhause allerdings auch sehr ruhig und sind Lärm nicht gewohnt), nur deshalb bekommt die Wohnung nicht die volle Punktzahl.

The Henry Family

This was a wonderful little apartment in a perfect area of Rome. Close enough to walk to the Vatican with many little shops and restaurants around. Although it is small, it has everything you need, and was very clean and neat when we got there. The owner is extremely helpful and will meet you when you arrive. There is a small elevator so even people with trouble walking can access the apartment since it is on the 3rd floor. We felt very safe and secure here, there was someone in the office during the day and on nights and weekends, the front door locked securely, as did two doors leading to the apartment. Hopefully we will return soon, and would definitely stay here again.
