Kalymnos Villa. Sleeps 6.
Whilst we are new to VRBO we have been letting our property for over 10 years and have had many satisfied customers and have had only ever recieved good reviews.
We have tried hard to ensure that you will have everything you would need to enjoy a holiday in our lovely home.
Fully equipped with everything you would need for that truly home from home feel.
A large lounge and dining area downstairs. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard, including a washing machine. The lounge has a comfortable ,modern look with two large sofa beds. Air con is included, superfast wifi, Smart TV, Alexa. The property has an additional downstairs toilet. The main bathroom is on the upper floor consisting of W.C, basin and a large walk in shower. 2 bedrooms are also on the upper floor with access to a large furnished upper balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. A safe is provided in the property also for your peace of mind. Located in a traditional residential area set a short walk back from the main square of Elies you will have a unique experience . The beaches of Kantouni, Platy Gialos and Linaria are a short distance away.

I am Tony and am co host with my partner. We are both Psychiatric Nurses in England and have 4 children. We first discovered Kalymnos in 2000 and returned yearly for 8 years staying in rented accommodation. We found , as we are sure you have, that holiday properties tended to be lacking in some home comforts. so , we decided that we would set down roots towards our retirement whilst also having somewhere to take our children each year. We had our home built in 2010 and have ensured it has been well maintained.

Why they chose this property
Why this property? well, we have furnished and equipped our property with all the essentials we would have at home and also some of those little extras. The kitchen has virtually everything you would find in your own home. The lounge has comfortable seating which can convert into large sofa beds. The house also has fast wifi, smart tv, Alexa, Printer, air conditioning plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge. The house is fitted with mosquito blinds on all external doors and windows. We have a large upper balcony which is furnished and a large patio area downstairs furnished for outside dining and relaxing. It truly is a home from home. We are fortunate also to have lovely neighbours. Getting to our home from the port can be quite easy as our neighbour is a local taxi driver who is always on hand should you need.
