TV, WiFi, Bose sound system, Nintendo Wii with games and selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburner provided. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for one small car, plus additional roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Garden with lawn, patio, furniture and BBQ. Bike/storage shed with lock. Two well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.1 mile. Note: Garden is located approximately 15 metres away and is accessed via a shared pathway. Please note: Not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to narrow, steep staircase and over bath shower facility. Property is child friendly. Off road parking available.
