Cozy cottage at Klitgårds Fiskerleje – cozy and completely undisturbed Close to the atmospheric Klitgårds Fiskerleje lies this charming cottage, built in 1974 and modernized in 2021. The house is located on a lovely, peaceful plot, beautifully surrounded by tall trees, which provide both shelter and a feeling of complete privacy. There is also a practical carport on the plot. Inside, the house offers a bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating as well as a combined washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable ¾ bed and one with a spacious bunk bed (90x200). Both rooms are equipped with electric radiators. The well-equipped, small kitchen includes, among other things, a stove with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher and a small refrigerator with freezer compartment. The cosily furnished living room invites you to relax and socialize and is equipped with a wood-burning stove, Smart TV, wireless internet and an energy-efficient air/air heat pump. Here you live in a quiet and attractive holiday home area with a short drive to both Nibe and Aalborg, where there are good shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and experiences for the whole family. Note: The house is not rented to craftsman and youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
