The cottage was lovely with sea views at one side and countryside on the other. The night skyscapes were amazing and we saw the Northern Lights (the Aurora). We would thoroughly recommend this cottage and would hope to return at some point.

The Annexe is a stunning, comfortable, quiet home.
The Annexe is a stunning, comfortable, quiet home. We absolutely loved it. Maureen & Alistair could not have been more generous hosts. Fresh home made bread, eggs from the chickens, milk, butter and six beautiful home made cup cakes. Dog treats for our puppy and wine for us. Perfect. The layout and quality of The Annexe is outstanding and extremely well equipped. We shall definitely be back.
Mo and Al were amazing hosts. They made us feel like relatives they havent seen in a while. We had a welcome pkg of fresh eggs, and vegetables from their garden. Mo's home made Victorian cake was to die for. The cottage was very large and had amazing views. In a great location for short day trips. We will be staying there again in the future.

We had a great stay at the Annex, we were made very welcome by Maureen and Alistair.
We had a great stay at the Annex, we were made very welcome by Maureen and Alistair. The Annex has a great layout is comfortable and has everything you need for a stay.We were left a welcome pack which had milk, bread, butter, fresh eggs, a bottle of wine and a fantastic home baked Victoria sponge. The property was spotless on arrival and we were also left towels, dry mat and treats for our dogs. The utility area was great for drying off towels after beach visits. The lounge area upstairs is a great space to sit of an evening watch a movie read a book or just chill with a glass of wine. The outside areas were great for our two dogs who enjoyed running through the fields and were fascinated by the chickens. The property is well situated for visiting the area which has some fantastic beaches. There are plenty of dog friendly hotels and restaurants if you are eating out. There are a couple of bays weather depending where you can paddle board and a local company can arrange tours. We would highly recommend a stay at the property and are planning our next visit.
