Casa al piano terra con giardino e parcheggio privato. Nel giardino potrete rilassarvi e godervi il fresco sotto un pargolato seduti in un comodo salottino. Inoltre, troverete anche un BBQ e una doccia idromassaggio. La casa è composta di 2 camere (una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con 2 letti singoli,trasformabili in matrimoniale), entrambe con armadio capiente,una sala con angolo cottura e divano letto.Il bagno è dotato di doccia filo pavimento bidet,wc,lavello con mobile.L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente e pensato per offrirvi il meglio in termini di praticità, confort e di sicurezza (aria condizionata,riscaldamento autonomo,infissi termo-acustici,tapparelle elettriche,grate,zanzariere ecc...).
