Simply wonderful

My family and I had 2 wonderful weeks at this place. it is overwhelmingly quiet, wonderful pool, nice host. The house is fully equipped and clean. Nearest supermarket, CONAD in Subiaco, has all products you could ask for. From fresh sea food to toiletries, fresh bread to toys for the kids in case you forgot something. Rome is aper. 1 hour by car, wonderful beaches 1 to 1,5 hours. Not to mention the wonderful mountains when heading East instead of West;-) Subiaco itself is worth visiting as well and offers a variety of outdoor activies including white water rafting and canyoning. WONDERFUL!!!! Thanks to Georgia for being a wonderful host!!!

Point positif -piscine propre. -coin calme et reposant Point négatif -rien grand chose à proximité, c’est un petit petit village.-problème d’eau chaude nous devions éteindre le boilere pour en avoir et encore nous avions eu de l’eau froide.-les planches des wc sont cassée et elle bouge beaucoup.-150 de frais de ménage alors que nous n’avions pas 1 essuie à notre arrivé ni de draps.-l’hygiène vaut un 7/10.-des amis nous on rejoins pour dormir en tante (non dans le logement) il est indiqué sur le site 25 par jours par personne et lorsque j’ai demander on m’a répondu 30 en temps normal et entre 40-60 parce que il y avait un jour férié dans la semaine! Si je payait pas la somme qu’elle souhaitait elle n’acceptait pas mes invité… site non mit à jours.-LA CLIMATISATION n’allait pas il fallait la réactivé toute les 15 minutes et elle donnait rien comme air froids lorsque j’ai fais un message on m’a répondu je ne l’es jamais utilisé. Un séjour qui nous a coûter 2650 pour 8 nuit c’est cher payer pour un coin en montagne sans rien au alentour a part Rome a 1h de route. Route de montage donc multiplié le temps. En bref pour un séjour de repos ou vous souhaitez rester à la maison c’est cool. Sinon vous allez vous ennuyer. Ps il y’a un petit chat noir qui traîne, nourrissez le il est très maigre. Merci.

Wunderbare Ruhe

Wir haben 2 wunderbare ruhige 2 Wochen hier verbracht,für Menschen die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen perfekt.Auch die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar...doch leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so toll,welche wir auch persönlich angesprochenen hatten,doch wurde leider sofort abgeblockt und gesagt das es nicht sein kann,sie hatte alles selbst kontrolliert.Das war doch sehr ernüchternd für uns und wir mussten erstmal nach der Ankunft putzen leider.Die Toilettenbrillen waren beide so locker,das man ständig weg gerutscht ist,sehr anstrengend. Es gab leider nicht mal Bettdecken,welche man zum Schlafen nutzen konnte,ein Glück hatten wir 3 leichte Decken von der fahrt mit,welche wir nutzen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt, vor allem auch für unsere 2 Hunde,sie konnten sich frei bewegen. Doch der Weg bis zum Haus war schon beschwerlich,das müsste irgendwie schon im Vorfeld besser erwähnt werden.

Vacances de plénitude et de nature

Maison très agréable dans un cadre naturel idyllique. La piscine est un plus qui se complète avec les journées de repos Routes et chemins de montagnes, cela peut surprendre , il faut être à l’aise avec cette conduite surtout le soir … mais les petits villages qui les surplombent sont authentiques et magnifiques . La situation de la maison, permet de découvrir les sites les plus proches à découvrir Rome , Tivoli et nous sommes allés jusqu’à Pompéi ! Incroyable ! Souvenirs gravés à jamais , cette région de l’Italie est à découvrir autant sur le plan historique, architectural, gastronomique… Si vous aimez la nature , le calme , les beautés des vestiges et « bien manger ! » Cette maison répond à tout cela Nous avons passé de superbes vacances !

superbe location pour se dépayser , se ressourcer . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. les chiens qui aboient la nuit ou le jour près de la maison c'est un peu dommage car c'est si calme... une vue magique! une hôte très à l'écoute.

Haus mit Pool im Grünen

Wir haben 12 erholsame Tage in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Ein Urlaub mit viel Ruhe, Natur, Abkühlung und Spaß Pool, sowie tollen Ausflügen nach Tivoli, Gandolfo und Subiaco. Dafür ohne Trubel, WLAN und Hektik. Sehr liebenswerte Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen und kurz und bündig alles erklärt. Das Haus ist recht neu renoviert, es gibt im OG ein Elternschlafzimmer und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit bis zu vier Betten, sowie den Koch-, Ess-, Wohnbereich im EG. In jeder Etage ein Bad, sowie eine Außendusche am Pool. Die überdachte Terrasse war unser Lebensmittelpunkt, die Aussicht von dort auf Olivenbäume, Tal, Berge und untergehende Sonne ist sehr beeindruckend. Danke Giorgia!

Einsame Lage in ursprünglicher Gegend.

Ein bemerkenswert authentisches Latio ist die Umgebung des Ferienhauses mit einem sehr schönen Blick. Die hohen Kosten sind ortsüblich und saisonal erwartbar, letztlich wurden wir uns auch über den komplizierten Abrechnungsmodus einig.

Un paradiso!

Bellissima casa indipendente nelle colline laziali; impossibile non sentirsi a casa e coccolati grazie alle premure della proprietaria Giorgia. Stanze spaziose e cucina attrezzata. Veranda aperta magnifica che abbiamo sfruttato sia a pranzo sia a cena grazie al venticello che rendeva piacevole anche le temperature di questi giorni. La piscina offre momenti di relax ma anche di divertimento con materassini, giochi per i ragazzi e comodi lettini per prendere il sole. Una poltrona sospesa in veranda e un'amaca tra gli alberi completano il totale relax. Presente una x-box . libri per bimbi e tanti giochi di società. Anche i nostri cani si sono sentiti a casa avendo anche la possibilità di passeggiate al fresco tra i boschi. Il panorama è meraviglioso e la natura ti avvolge totalmente con le cicale, i grilli e le lucciole. Ottimo posto anche per chi ama osservare le stelle. Da visitare la vicina Subiaco con i Monasteri Benedettini, i resti della villa di Nerone e il laghetto di San Benedetto. Vivamente consigliata e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ottimo per chi cerca relax immerso nella natura. Bellissima piscina a disposizione solo degli ospiti, la casa è ben arredata e dotata di tutti i servizi per soddisfare le necessità del soggiorno. Proprietaria gentile e disponibilissima. Esperienza più che positiva.

Siamo stati benissimo e ci siamo rilassati,Giorgia la proprietaria è gentilissima e pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza,il punto forte di questa struttura è la piscina in quanto è riservata solo per chi soggiorna,per chi vuole c'è anche un barbecue,in conclusione per chi vuole rilassarsi in tranquillità questa è la location ideale.
